Ban on Urea Fertilizer Imposed in Lower South Waziristan The district administration of Lower South Waziristan has imposed Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, banning the purchase, sale, transportation, and storage of urea fertilizer across the district from July 27, 2026, to August 25, 2026. · The purchase and sale of all forms of urea fertilizer are prohibited throughout the district. · Transportation and storage of urea fertilizer have also been completely banned. · The order applies to all individuals, fertilizer dealers, traders, transporters, and all businesses associated with urea fertilizer.
