Unidentified assailants attacked a Peace Committee facility within the jurisdiction of City Police Station, Tank District. According to reports, an exchange of fire took place, after which the attackers fled the area. IMP has released the photos of weapons they seized from the Fatahkhel CheckPost, Bannu.

A convoy of Pakistani forces was ambushed in the Bencha area, Surab, with two vehicles reportedly coming under intense gunfire and explosions. Casualties are feared. Separately, armed men reportedly targeted a convoy that came for reinforcement in the same district. Further details are awaited. Note: This information has not been independently verified.

#Update The Baloch Republican Guards (BRG) have claimed responsibility for an attack on two electricity towers in the Mir Hassan area near Dera Murad Jamali, Nasirabad district. According to a statement by spokesperson Dosteen Baloch, explosive materials were planted and detonated, resulting in one tower completely collapsing and another severely damaged. The group stated that such attacks will continue "until the independence of Balochistan."

The Baloch Liberation Army (Jeeyand) has released the full footage of "Operation Herof 2," reportedly carried out by the group between January 31 and February 6, 2026. [Part 1]

The Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (Jamaat-ul-Ahrar) has issued a lengthy message addressed to residents of Mohmand and surrounding areas. The group described itself as "the light of your homes" and stated that its struggle aims to establish a pure Islamic system where life and property are secure. The group commended local elders and public circles for their role in maintaining peace and adhering to Shariah-based agreements over the years. It reaffirmed that all decisions and peace agreements made by the group since 2007 in the former Mohmand Agency remain fully valid and in effect. No changes have occurred, and no one has the right to deviate from them. The TTP warned that any violation or attempt to sabotage settled matters will be considered an act against collective peace, and strict disciplinary action will be taken against such elements. Security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the Kanori village of Kulachi, Dera Ismail Khan district. One militant was killed. No casualties were reported among security forces personnel.

According to TTP, Khasadar Force official Rahim Gul, son of Meena Gul (a resident of Bora), was arrested in FR Peshawar district. The sources further claim that he was later released on the surety of local elders with the condition that he would not perform duty in the future. @Insurgent_Zone

A 16 kg remote-controlled improvised explosive device (IED) was planted on the main highway near Saddar Police Station, Hangu. The bomb was successfully defused by the Bomb Disposal Squad. According to BDS In-charge Asad, the device could have caused damage within a 100-meter radius had it detonated. Police stated that unknown individuals had planted the bomb to carry out a major act of sabotage. A search operation is underway in the area. @Insurgent_Zone

According to militant sources, a house belonging to Commander Abdul Hameed of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) was bombed by security forces in the Thore area of Chilas Tehsil, Diamer, Gilgit Baltistan. The group has criticized the action, stating that punishing family members for an individual's actions is not justified. Note: Commander Abdul Hameed is the shadow governor for Diamar by TTP.
