According to reports, two Frontier Corps personnel were abducted by the Afghan Taliban at the Nokundi border in Chagai District. Both personnel were subsequently shot and killed. Their remains were recovered by security forces. One of the deceased has been identified as Lance Naik Shabbir Hussain, a resident of Kohat, while the other personnel was a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO).

According to security sources, security forces conducted Intelligence Based Operation (IBO) on a Militant hideout in Mamandkhel, Bannu, resulting in the killing of local Commander Identified as Fateh Mamandkhel, affiliated with Ittehad-ul-Mujahideen Pakistan (IMP).

Jamalabad, Nushki District — According to SHO Nushki Munawar Ahmed, two police officers were killed in a firing incident by unknown armed individuals. The firing was carried out on a polio team, according to the SHO. The killed officers have been identified as Yasir Ahmed and Abdul Rauf.The attackers also took away the weapons of the police officers. Further details are awaited.

Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — Police Constable Muhammad Uzair was injured after being targeted by unidentified armed assailants on Pachgai Road, within the jurisdiction of Machni Gate Police Station, Peshawar. According to reports, Constable Uzair was performing polio duty at Ashab Baba Police Post and was targeted while returning from duty. Further investigation into the incident is underway.

According to sources, Frontier Corps (FC) personnel identified as Ghulam Muhammad, resident of Koh-e-Sulaiman, Dera Ghazi Khan, was killed in clashes in Dalbandin, Chagai District.

State-affiliated accounts report that security forces executed an operation in Panjgur district, guided by credible intelligence. This operation resulted in the elimination of four Militants, who are alleged to have been affiliated with Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).

The Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has released footage of an improvised explosive device (IED) attack on a vehicle belonging to the 113 Wing of the Frontier Corps (FC) convoy in Para Chamkani, Central Kurram. This incident resulted in the deaths of six personnel and at least five injuries.

Pewar Khamze, Kurram District — On this morning at approximately 07:30 AM, Shabbir Hussain, son of Nowroz Ali, sustained serious injuries due to an alleged mine explosion in Pewar Khamze. He was subsequently transported to DHQ Hospital Parachinar for medical treatment. He later succumbed to his injuries and passed away.

The Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has released a video message featuring Chaudhry Muneeb-ur-Rehman Jutt, the organization's Umar Media Head. In the message, he addresses the residents of Punjab and presents the TTP's South Punjab Tashkeel (organizational formations).

On 21 September 2026, at approximately 0530 hours, Militants affiliated with Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) attacked 136 Wing personnel deployed at D-1 Post, within the jurisdiction of Police Station Dara Adamkhel, Kohat. An exchange of fire continued for approximately 40–50 minutes, during which one soldier sustained minor injuries. Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) claimed responsibility for the attack, stating that two personnel were allegedly killed (unconfirmed), and one Quadcopter was also shot down during the attack.

Reports indicate that armed individuals opened fire in the main market of Sararogha, resulting in the death of an individual identified as Muheebullah on 21 September. The deceased was employed with the Sararogha Army Brigade.

#Update Frontier Corps personnel identified as Asif Aziz Khetran, who sustained injuries during an attack on a security forces convoy in the Hairabad area of Turbat, have passed away at CMH Quetta. The deceased was a resident of Dera Ghazi Khan.

Upper Kalosha, Tehsil Barmal, South Waziristan Lower — According to reports, a drone operation by security forces was conducted in the area.Two livestock animals were killed and other damage also occurred. It was stated that the target of the operation was armed individuals, but reports have emerged that civilians and their livestock were also harmed in this operation. Further details are awaited.

#Update According to the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), FC personnel Gul Azam Baloch was released on the assurance provided by local elders that he would resign from his job.

Shaban, Quetta — Based on credible intelligence regarding the presence of militants in Shaban valley, security forces conducted a successful operation, killing 6 militants. Two IEDs were detected and safely defused in Sirki Kach. At Zawar, an armed group was engaged, killing 1 militant. A follow-up ambush on the fleeing militants killed 5 more, while 1 was injured.

Ittehad-ul-Mujahideen Pakistan (IMP) has released a video depicting Lashker Abu Jundal engaging in clashes with security forces in Kurram District. This group pledged allegiance to Tehrik-e-Taliban Ghazwa-e-Hind (TTG), a faction affiliated with Ittehad-ul-Mujahideen Pakistan (IMP), on 7 September, and is led by Hafiz Azzam.

#Update The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan has confirmed that Pakistani Airstrikes led to the deaths of 3 civilians in Kunar province. The report states that a woman, man and a girl lost their lives while 4 civilians were injured.
