Unknown armed individuals opened fire in the Malant area of Tump, Kech district, resulting in the death of a young man and critical injuries to his father.
According to sources, the armed men entered the house of Police Constable Tariq Dadullah and attempted to forcibly take his son, Tahir, with them. When resistance was offered, the assailants opened fire.

According to a statement released by the BRG's Spokeperson Dostain Baloch, BRG fighters raided a local hotel and intercepted two large commercial vehicles reportedly transporting goods from Balochistan to Punjab. The group stated that they took the vehicle drivers into custody and seized official weapons from government-appointed security guards traveling with the convoy.
