In fact, I’ll go even further. One of the major reasons I started creating content was because I listened to Dimes’s podcast, Blood $atellite, which remains one of the most thought-provoking and interesting Canadian nationalist podcasts I’ve ever heard. In one of his book reviews, Dimes introduced the idea that the digital world is divided between passive consumers and active creators. To create in the digital space is, in a sense, to affirm your own existence and individuality rather than simply consume what others produce. That idea stuck with me, and in 2024 it inspired me to start the Fortissax is Typing Substack, the X account, and everything that followed.
