They decided to call the activityType "
NEW_ACTIVITY_INVITE_BANNER" in 7.1, while previously in 5.0 and 6.0 the activityType was "NEW_ACTIVITY_PERMANENT_BANNER", no idea why they would choose a different name this time. There is a possibility it is because there is other characters than just the standard characters, but we don't know. We have no information about it right now.ahem correction: its invite instead of permament so we may get more characters than that.
