اهان خب توضیح بدم که اسم فیلم the tenant هست و یکی از سه فیلم از apartment trilogy از رومن پولانسکی قالتاق هست. دوتا فیلم دیگه rosemary's baby و repulsion هستند. مورد علاقه‌ی بنده از این سه گانه‌، همین the tenant هست.
