🟣 -UPDATE ON PEDAGOGICAL AND EXAM SCHEDULE : ○ in light of the upcoming second semester exams there has been a few changes regarding our programmed pedagogical schedule involving courses: - ALL Lectures will now officially conclude on MAY, 10TH ○ After further discussion with the administration regarding exam dates, we have opted to share a new poll that would represent the decisive vote in which will be taken as the final decision on when will the exam dates take place under the administration's approval. - meaning : today's poll winner = finalized exam date ⭕️ PS : The starting exam date option of MAY has been moved from early up to (mid to late) of may due to the updated end of courses schedule

🟣 - POTENTIAL RESCHEDULING FOR EXAM DATES : - 9/10 of subjects are well ahead and advanced in their scheduled program, meaning all lectures will conclude on an eariler date than initially planned ( most likely around the end of april ) - the early stoppage in lecture has opened the door for the administration to propose an earlier exam date ( yet to be Determined ) but with attentive regard to the opinion and voice of the promotion. with that said, we will post a poll soon after for all students of the promotion to vote on whether they'd like for exam dates to remain as is ( JUNE 1st ) ; or be rescheduled on an earlier notice. PS : the following vote posted after will be taken as the promotion's unanimous decision on the matter so please vote carefully.
