كتير من الطلاب بيبدأوا يحلوا أسئلة UWorld بنسبة نجاح منخفضة، حوالي 30-40% أو أقل، وده طبيعي جدًا في البداية. لكن مع الإستمرار في الحل، ومراجعة الأخطاء، وتكرار الأسئلة، بتبدأ نسبة الإجابات الصحيحة ترتفع تدريجيًا. قبل الامتحان الحقيقي، معظم الطلاب اللي اتبعوا الطريقة دي بيحققوا نتائج حوالي 65-80% في اختبارات NBME، واللي بتعتبر مؤشر قوي على جاهزيتهم للامتحان. نصيحة: ابدأ حل الأسئلة بدري. ولكن متكتفيش بالحل السطحي، راجع كل خطأ وحاول تفهمه كويس علشان تحسّن مستواك بشكل ثابت ومتقلقش لو نسبة الأسئلة الصح قليلة في البداية .

نصيحة بخصوص الأسئلة اللي غلطت فيها في اليوورلد. 🎯 افهمها كويس لأنك في ال second read هترجع تحل كل الأسئلة اللي غلطت فيها تاني. 🎯 لما تحل سؤال غلط متزعلش تزعل لو عدي السؤال ومعرفتش كل تفصيله فيه. 🎯 الأسئلة اللي غلطت فيها مهمة أكتر من الأسئلة اللي حليتها صح لأنها بتشاورلك علي نقاط ضعفك.

أي بنك أسئلة تختار؟ ✔️ ال UWorld الأساس. أقرب حاجة للـ real exam. وتعلُّمك من الشرح أهم من نسبة الصح. ✔️ بنك AMBOSS ممتاز بعد أو أثناء اليوورلد، خصوصًا في المواضيع اللي انت ضعيف فيها أو محتاج تربطها كويس زى ال Ethics . ✔️ بنك USMLE-Rx مفيد لو: خلصت UWorld محتاج تحل أكتر لكن يفضل كـ reinforcement مش كبديل، لأنه مش بقوة UWorld كـ exam simulation. ✔️ بنك Mehlman Qbank قوي جدًا في: ال High-yield concepts التفكير بنمط NBME تثبيت النقاط اللي الامتحان بيحبها ممتاز بعد اليوورلد أو مع الـ second read، خصوصًا لو درجاتك واقفة. ✔️ ال NBME ده مش بنك تدريب… ده مرآة لمستواك. لازم يتاخد قبل الـ second read علشان: تعرف انت واقع فين تحدد هتركّز على إيه الخلاصة الذكاء في إمتى تستخدم كل واحد. طريقة الإشتراك https://t.me/coursologyy_discount/1938

إزاي تتعامل مع الأسئلة الطويلة في إمتحان USMLE Step 1 ؟ Read the question once carefully ماتقراهوش كذا مرة عشان ماتضيّعش وقت. اقرا last line in the case عشان تعرف بالظبط المطلوب (what the question is asking). Focus on key symptoms and signs وسيب التفاصيل اللي مش مهمة. لو السؤال معقد، flag it وحط عليه علامة وسيبه، وارجعله بعد ما تخلص الأسئلة السهلة. لما تخلص الأسئلة السهلة تكسب نقاط بسرعة وتاخد confidence. خصص حوالي 1.5 minutes per question ولو السؤال خد وقت أكتر، سيبه وروح للسؤال اللي بعده. دايمًا اتدرب على الأسئلة بـ timed mode عشان تتعود تدير وقتك وتكون أسرع. خليك فاكر إن فيه أسئلة صعبة بتكون experimental questions يعني مش بتأثر على درجتك. "Long questions can be intimidating but breaking them down and focusing only on what the question asks will help you a lot. Also, don't get stuck—mark and move on. ناس كتير بتسأل: طالما First Aid فيه “كل حاجة” لِـ Step 1، ليه أقرأ UWorld بتركيز؟ ما أعدّي عليه وأكتب شوية إضافات وخلاص؟🤔 الحقيقة إن First Aid من غير UWorld بيبقى كتاب صعب ومُجرد. 📌 ولا سطر في First Aid بيبقى مفهوم صح غير لما تشوفه بيتسأل إزاي في UWorld. ال First Aid بعطيك ال Facts ال Buzzwords ال Lists ال Associations لكن الامتحان مش بيختبرك كده. الامتحان بيختبرك في ال Thinking الIntegration و How concepts connect و How they trick you 🧠 المخ ببساطة مش هيستوعب ولا هيثبت المعلومات  لو قعدت تقرأ First Aid من غير سياق. هتحس إنك: قرأت و ذاكرت بس مفيش حاجة ثبتت 💡الUWorld هو اللي بيدي السياق: بيقولك المعلومة دي بتيجي إزاي تتسأل فين تتحور إزاي وتغلط فين علشان كده: ✅ القراءة المتعمقة لـ UWorld مش مجرد استخراج “extra notes” ولكن هي اللي بتخلّي First Aid: مفهوم منطقي وسهل الحفظ 🎯 في الواقع، في طلبة كتير بدأوا بـ UWorld وبعدين رجعوا لـ First Aid وده اسمه Retrograde approach وهو أسرع وأنضف بكتير من الروتين التقليدي. الخلاصة:
