I just read something that said “abandonment trauma will lead you to sabotage your relationships as a way to affirm your fears.” I know a lotta yall needed that damn message.

Still, I hope you continue to trust in the little things, the warmth of being loved, the laughter, the wonder hidden in ordinary days, and the hope that lingers. Because sometimes, those small moments make the world feel a little less cruel and a little more worth living for.
