🗣 في صالة ألعاب "بنيان مرسوس"، نؤمن بتوازن القوة البدنية والانضباط الروحي. بدأت جلسة التدريب اليوم بدرس عن الوضوء، لتذكير أسودنا الصغار بأنه في حين أن بناء القوة أمر مهم، فإن القلب المتصل بالله هو مصدر قوتنا الحقيقي. كما قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: "إن في الجسد مضغة، إذا صلحت صلح الجسد كله." دعونا نسعى معًا لتحقيق القوة البدنية والعظمة الروحية! 🗣 At Bunyan Marsoos Gym, we believe in the harmony of physical fitness and spiritual discipline. Today’s training session began with a lesson on Wudu, reminding our young lions that while building strength is essential, a heart connected to Allah is our true source of power. As the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "In the body, there is a morsel of flesh; if it is rectified, the entire body is rectified." La séance d'entraînement d'aujourd'hui a commencé par une leçon sur le Wudu, rappelant à nos jeunes lions que bien que le développement de la force soit essentiel, un cœur connecté à Allah est notre véritable source de puissance. Bugünkü antrenman seansımız, genç aslanlarımıza güç geliştirmek önemli olsa da, Allah'a bağlantılı bir kalbin gerçek gücümüzün kaynağı olduğunu hatırlatan bir Wudu dersi ile başladı. Peygamberimiz صلى الله عليه وسلم şöyle buyurmuştur: "Vücutta bir et parçası vardır, eğer o düzelirse, tüm vücut düzelir." Gelin birlikte hem fiziksel güç hem de ruhsal büyüklük arayışında olalım!
