basically, Shitty things never get forgotten aka= چیزای کیری هیچوقت فراموش شدنی نیستن چون توی مغز آدمی همیشه زخم و بدی میمونه و تمام مرهم،و خوبی ها به راحتی فراموش میشن چون هیچی روی روح،یا بدن باقی نذاشتن.

And of course, nothing is more efficient than reducing an entire human being to their worst moments and traits. Why bother remembering kindness, loyalty, patience, or support when one bad trait can be the whole reason you can make someone a villain? It is far more easier to highlight the flaw and quietly archive everything else,no? So your brain can feel no guilt as you victimize yourself, Saying the other person was at fault and i did great Thats such an easy thing to do. Humans are weirdly beings, They remember one scar more than thousands of healing. Why,you might ask? Sometimes its unpurpose, And sometimes the person exactly knows what theyre doing. Its easier to leave when you make one's whole personality their bad trait and forget everything they done for you, isnt it? humans are all like that They forget kindness, and fend off the times they think you made a mistake. A person could have ten admirable traits intelligent, compassionate, dependable, generous but the single impatient comment they can make times ago will do just fine as a permanent label. After all, complexity is exhausting. Nuance requires effort. It is much easier to say, “That’s who they really are,” and feel comfortably certain. Certain about how theyre the bad guy, THEY were the bad person. THEY hurt me, doesnt matter how much they helped and cared. 1 scar equals thousands of good memory Selective memory can be remarkably helpful. By focusing on the negative, one no longer has to wrestle with mixed feelings. They will force themselves to forget the good, So they will feel no remorse and guilt about what they did. The good qualities might create doubt: Was I too harsh? Was I unfair? Far better to replay the one disappointing moment on repeat. It reassures. It stabilizes the narrative. It confirms that one’s reaction was entirely justified. And the admirable traits? They quietly become footnotes. Yes, they were supportive. Yes, they were thoughtful. Yes, they were present when it mattered. But that does not fit the current storyline, that does not help me with forgetting and leaving. so those details can fade into the background. It is a strangely comforting illusion, to believe that a flaw outweighs a foundation. By clinging to the negative, one avoids the discomfort of complexity and preserves a sense of certainty. After all, remembering the good might require forgiveness, reflection, or even humility. And that would complicate everything
