لاني مستمرة اسج..... احس الفخر طلع من خشمي

اليوم اخر يوم بالجزء الاول

خاف ما تريدون انكليزي 🦦؟

اليوم راح احجيلكم عن اصوات القلب 🤍🩺 1- Normal Heart Sound (Lub- Dub) What we hear: A clear rhythmic sound famously known as lub dub. What it means: This is the heartbeat of a healthy heart! The (lub) sound (S1) is the closure of the mitral and tricuspid valves while the (dub) sound (S2) is the closure of the aortic and pulmonary valves It’s the sound of perfect unobstructed blood flow. Analogy: Like steady footsteps on the ground. 2 - Mitral Stenosis What we hear: An (opening snap) followed by a low-pitched (rumble) What it means: The mitral valve has become stiff and narrow This makes it difficult for blood to pass from the left atrium to the left ventricle The (snap) is the sound of the stiff valve trying to open, and the (rumble) is the sound of turbulent blood forcing its way through the narrow opening. Analogy: Like an old washing machine rattling and spinning slowly. 3 - Mitral Regurgitation What we hear: A "pan systolic murmur" (a whooshing sound) that lasts throughout the heartbeat often radiating to the armpit (axilla). What it means: The mitral valve doesn't close properly causing blood to leak backward into the left atrium when the heart contracts This leak is what creates the (murmur.) Analogy: Like water leaking backward through a half open faucet. 4 - Aortic Stenosis What we hear: A (crescendo decrescendo) murmur meaning it gets louder and then quieter This sound often radiates to the carotid arteries in the neck. What it means: The aortic valve has narrowed obstructing blood flow from the heart to the rest of the body The changing murmur reflects the heart's intense effort to pump blood through this tight valve. Analogy: Like the sound of a train approaching and then fading away. 5 - Aortic Regurgitation What we hear: A (diastolic blowing murmur) that occurs right after the heart relaxes. What it means: The aortic valve doesn’t close properly allowing blood to flow back into the left ventricle after systole. Analogy: Like air escaping from a punctured balloon. 6. Mitral Valve Replacement (Prosthetic Valve) What we hear: A sharp, high pitched (metallic click.) What it means: This is the normal expected sound of a mechanical heart valve opening and closing It’s distinctly different from a natural heart valve and indicates the prosthetic is functioning well. Analogy: Like the click of a pen or a small metal lid snapping shut.
