✨Top surgery update✨ Hi everyone. My top surgery is one week away. Tuesday next week is my surgery date! I'm scared as I've never had a surgery before. But I've never been this excited!! Another scary part though, the UK airports are fucking up due to system issues, and flights are getting delayed and cancelled all over the country. No one knows how long it's going to last. We fly out on Saturday morning and I have to be at the hospital Monday at noon, so we're trying our best to stay calm, despite the fear of our flight being cancelled.. Meanwhile, in Norway, the airport we're supposed to travel back from are going through strikes at the moment, which means the flight back might also be delayed or cancelled. If that happens, we will need to get emergency travel plans and accommodations if we end up needing to stay in norway for longer than planned. I realised we have minimum emergency funds for this kind of thing, as we didn't want to miss the opportunity to get this surgery scheduled. I'm working my ass off to finish as much as I can before we go! If anyone has been considering commissioning me, now would be the time 🙏✨ I'd be more thankful than ever! I wouldn't be able to give a timeframe for anything, but at least I have a non active job, so as soon as I can reach out to grab my tablet without too much pain, I will be back to drawing your wonderful characters! ❤️ I'm grateful for everyone who are currently on my queue, those new, and those who have been on there for weeks already! Phew, the last week WAS BUSY! First, my BFs and I celebrated my birthday within our own little circle. Then I had some IRL education stuff to take care of, then there was a DnD day, and after that, my birthday party with my friends! And in the middle of all that, my mom came to my town for a short visit, and I also had to help her with some things. Low-key, a "withdrawal" after my mom's visit is probably the reason I got sick — it happens ALL THE TIME when I have contact with my parents. Looks like my immune system is very sensitive to the stress they causes, lol. But I feel much better now, and I've returned to work! Yaay! So here's a WIP I made after my fever was gone :D

Micro update: I caught a cold, so I need a couple of days to recover. 🔓 I'll return ASAP and reply to everyone in my DMs!

Birthday Post, Part 2 😎 ❓ How can you wish me a happy birthday? In the first part, which I posted above, I looked back on the past year! And in this part, I'd like to give you a few ideas on how you can wish me a happy birthday :3 🕊️First of all, you can simply say a few warm words to me in the comments! I'll be especially happy if you tell me what you like about my artwork and art style. Or about the way I run this Telegram channel. Or about what kind of person you think I am! When else am I supposed to accept compliments if not on my birthday, haha! 🕊️Secondly, I'd like to leave a few of my artworks here and, following a little tradition that exists on social media, ask you to share them! Telegram, of course, isn't really the best platform for this — Bluesky would be much more convenient for this, since it actually has a repost button. But it's what it is 🤷🏻‍♂️ So I'd be incredibly grateful if you shared my artworks with people who you think might like them too! Or, if you're okay with it, repost them somewhere on your own channels, if you have any. 🕊️And thirdly, a wonderful way to wish me a happy birthday is to keep following me :3 I'll be happy with any kind of attention from you, whether it's silent or active! It's my Birthday!!! 🏥 PART 1. Year in review and thank-yous. If you want to wish me a happy birthday, there'll be more about that in the second part! In my time zone, it's already September 10th, yaaay! Phew, that was A LONG year. Hard, but a very happy one after all! Even though sometimes I was exhausted af, working so much that I'd wake up, work, and go to bed, sometimes even forgetting to eat, and then repeat the whole thing over and over again for quite a long time — it was all worth it. I'm still deeply grateful to our community for all the support it has given me over all these years. Starting with the worst period of my life several years ago, when deciding to start drawing literally saved me. And ending with the recent emergency with my top surgery, which would never have happened without the absolutely MASSIVE amount of real, tangible support. Including, and not least, huge financial support. A helping hand that the furry and art communities reached out to me and Junkie. When I say that if it weren't for you, I wouldn't be here, I'm not exaggerating. Thank you so, so much for everything. For following me as an artist and as a person, for being interested in my art and ideas, for commissioning me and my little silly family of three artists... This year really turned out to be interesting, full of contrasts, and exhausting in both the hardest ways and the most intensely, indescribably happy ones. Life is an interesting thing, and I'm glad to be living it 😭 Thank you again for being here with me! ✨ Art plans for this year ✨ Btw, I accomplished all the art goals I set for myself last year! In this upcoming year of my life, I want to keep drawing more personal artworks, finish the first chapter of The Bait comic, and start drawing the next one. Finally start posting on Bluesky.
