Not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord When Paul shared the Good News about Jesus, he did it with great joy and excitement. He didn't need anyone to push him. He loved Jesus so much that he was always happy to tell others about Him (1 Corinthians 9:16). That's how God wants us to be, too-happy and excited to serve Him. Sometimes people may say you're "doing too much for God" and advise you to slow down. But don't let that stop you. Keep your love for Jesus strong. Whether you're sharing God's Word, helping someone, or praying for your friends, do all with a joyful heart. Remember, you're not doing God's Word alone. God is working through you! So, stay excited, keep loving Jesus, and never let anything put out your fire for Him. FRIDAY MAY 15 2026 IT’S THE SAME ANOINTING Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts (2 Corinthians 1:21-22). There are differences among us, but they don’t cancel the oneness of the Spirit. The differences are in faith, calling, gifts, grace, and office. Our callings are different. Our gifts differ. God gives different graces, and there’re different offices, whether evangelist, prophet, or otherwise. Yet, it’s the same anointing of the Holy Spirit at work. When you received the Holy Spirit, you were anointed with the anointing of the Christ. Therefore, you’ll never need a greater anointing than the one you received when you received the Holy Spirit. 2 Corinthians 1:21 says, “Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God.” Some think you can be anointed with the Holy Spirit and then later be anointed with power, but it’s not true. It is one and the same thing. The language of Paul, like the language of the prophet Isaiah, often uses two expressions for the same reality. So, when the Bible says, for example in Acts 10:38, that God anointed the Lord Jesus with the Holy Ghost and with power, it’s not dealing with two separate things. When you’re anointed with the Holy Ghost, you’re anointed with power. Acts 1:8, the words of the Master: “...ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you….” He had said in Luke 24:49, referring to the same Holy Ghost experience they were going to have, “...tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.” This means the coming of the Holy Ghost is the enduement with power. When you received the Holy Spirit, you were separated unto Him and consecrated with the anointing of the Christ. He empowered you to do the work of God and to live for Him. He opened your understanding to Kingdom realities and enabled you to walk in the wisdom of God. Oh, the blessedness of being filled with the Holy Ghost! PRAYER / CONFESSION Dear Father, thank you for the anointing of the Holy Spirit that I have received. I walk in the consciousness of the grace and power of the Spirit at work in and through me. I’m empowered to live for you and fulfil your purpose. I function in the power and wisdom of the Spirit for the work of the Kingdom. Through me, your graces and blessings are ministered to others, and your glory is manifested in every place, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. I am a steward of divine wealth, and abundance flows to me and through me without limits. I operate in supernatural prosperity. This year 2026, I manifest Surplus Grace. This year 2026, I manifest the truth. This year 2026, I manifest grace to do the unimaginable in my sponsorship of the gospel. I do not observe lying vanities. Eternal life is at work in me, energizing my spirit, soul, and body with divine strength, health, and victory (John 10:10). Christ in me is my assurance of a life filled with glory, advancement, dominion, and excellence (Colossians 1:27). I dwell in Christ and function from a place of supernatural advantage, far above fear, lack, and the distractions of this world (Ephesians 2:6). The Spirit of God beautifies my life and causes me to walk in wisdom, righteousness, and continual success (Isaiah 61:3). I move from glory to glory, from strength to strength, and from grace to grace every day of my life (2 Corinthians 3:18). The Lord is my Shepherd; therefore, I lack nothing (Psalm 23:1). My gates are open continually, and the wealth of nations comes unto me according to the Word of God (Isaiah 60:11). I prosper in all things and walk in divine supply because my sufficiency is of God (2 Corinthians 3:5). I am enriched in every way and abound unto every good work through the grace of Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 9:8). I am permanently prosperous, flourishing abundantly and accomplishing great feats by the power of the Holy Spirit (Zechariah 4:6). Sickness, disease, and infirmity have no place in my body because the life of God permeates every fibre of my being (Romans 8:11). I enjoy good health, peace, prosperity, and supernatural progress because all things that pertain to life and godliness have been granted unto me (2 Peter 1:3). I am victorious in all things, and my life is the manifestation of the glory, goodness, and grace of God (1 Corinthians 15:57). I am conscious of this truth, and of the authority I have over all principality and power. I walk in blessings only, secure in Christ, fortified against every scheme and stratagem of the adversary, knowing that my life is hidden and preserved in Him. Divine life is working in my body! From the crown of my head to the soles of my feet, my entire being is energized by the Holy Spirit who lives in me and invigorates me through and through. Everything connected to me is infused with eternal life and divine energy. I have the Spirit of life living in me, guiding me, energizing me, and strengthening me. The Word of God is the supreme authority for my life and for all my affairs. Its pulsating life dominates my body, making it impenetrable to adverse conditions. God’s Word is my light and my life—nourishment for my spirit, food for my soul, and health to my flesh. I live by it always, and I bear its testimony. I am conscious of God’s life in my spirit, soul, and body, and I refuse to live by the dictates of this world. The life of God in me destroys sickness, disease, and infirmity. I walk in divine strength, without weariness or fainting, living triumphantly far above the devil and every negative system of this age. Poverty isn’t a part of my life, for I’m an heir of God; therefore, the silver is mine, and the gold is mine; the world belongs to me. The ability of God is at work in me today, and I’m conscious of it! I don’t function in my own ability or strength, for God’s inherent ability is in me. The joy of the Lord is my strength. I will never be weak. I walk in the light of my inheritance in Christ, in power and grace, living in divine health and supernatural prosperity. I am victorious. I am a success. I am a blessing to my world. My life is excellent and full of glory. I walk in and manifest the dominion of Christ today. I flourish in health, and I walk in ever-increasing glory all my days in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
