If you have an issue with verifciton process specifically with OTP and Natioal ID we're working on it we'll let you know once its all fixed.
Please note the following before asking for support :
1) If you have an OTP issue or you couldn't receive OTP please visit to the nearest National ID/Fayda service office or call 9779 and ask for support.
2) Similarly if you have changed your phone number and OTP is sent out to old number also reach out to Fayda /National ID service or call free to 9779.
