Of course we managed to solve it. And guess what I was the cause of the problem 🤣🤣🤣. I didn’t override some env variables on the deployment machine. How did we know there was an issue? Our deployment has a liveness and readiness check on all deployment machines which send an empty request to the deployed machines and checks it responds or not. If it doesn’t it send an email through an alarm system. So we got an alarm email this morning and it wasn’t that urgent so we take a look at it in the afternoon. We spent about 30 mins trying to figure it out. We came up with different hypothesises. Somehow other teams said they couldn’t reach our service so we check the deployment I made and yep that’s how we got there 🤣🤣🤣. I’m growing and cause an issue that my seniors haven’t seen yet 🤣🤣🤣. What a way to start my Saturday. I had a call with mom and my family on Thursday. Apparently mom said “you sick?”. And I was like no why?. She says “you got thin”. So what did I do today. Went to gym for swim and on my way out I found a scale. Guesss my weight 😒. I’m f**king 70 😭😭😭 and mom thinks I’m thin. I’m basically borderline obese with this weight on top of my height 🤦‍♂️. Why why God? We agreed let the others be fat and obese not me 😭😭😭

True story: I met someone on a mixer program last week and mentioned someone from their team. And they were like are you Eritrean 👀. Not really and said I’m from Ethiopia. That person I mentioned was also Ethiopian 🤣. Now this is the first time I’ve been referred as Eritrean among others 😂.
