🚨 NEW DETAILS ABOUT THE SPROUT LAWSUIT! 🌱 More information has come out about the French court ruling involving Sprout’s design, and it explains why this situation is more complicated than it first looked. The Court reportedly focused on Sprout’s body shape specifically, not the arms, plant, or sticky note face. The issue was the rounded capsule body, transparent top, white lower half, diagonal split, fan like detail, and leaf opening, which were found to be too similar to the “Andrea” air purifier design. According to the ruling, Sprout originally had a different body shape, but later versions became closer to Andrea’s design, which may have affected the Court’s decision. Supercell was ordered to stop using Default Sprout and Mutant Sprout in France, including in-game and in advertising/social media materials. IS SPROUT GETTING DELETED?! 🌱 Turns out the deleted posts may not have been about Bo x Charlie after all… ❌ People in the community have now found that multiple old Brawl Stars posts featuring Sprout’s default model have been removed, including Sprout’s release artwork. 🕵️ The Bo x Charlie posts we talked about earlier also happened to include Sprout, which now seems to be the common link.
