This method has already cashed out over £10k. You can go up to £20k, but higher amounts take longer. For your first time, I recommend starting with £1k–£2k.
Step 1:
Act like you’re shipping a high value item. Prepare all necessary documents (invoice, photos, proof of ownership). It’s best to use an item you actually own.
Step 2:
Purchase a ParcelForce shipping label and insure it for the amount you want to claim (up to £20k). High value claims require strong proof.
Step 3:
Have a boxer perform a clean True LIT on the ParcelForce label. Wait a few days until the parcel is confirmed lost by the courier.
Step 4:
Contact ParcelHero customer support by email and submit a claim stating your tracking has been stuck and you believe the parcel is lost. The investigation can take time (my £12k claim took 2-3 months).
Step 5:
Once the investigation is complete and they confirm the parcel is lost, provide any requested documents. They will then process your payout.
