People often tell you to “just get over it” or “think positively” like that’s all it takes to fix everything. But real healing doesn’t work that way. Most people don’t truly understand what healing means or even where it begins. So much of it comes from the beliefs we picked up early in life to feel safe, beliefs that quietly follow us into adulthood. That’s why learning to calm yourself and slow down matters. Healing isn’t about rushing or forcing it… it’s about unlearning old patterns and slowly building healthier ones. It’s about treating yourself with the same care and compassion you’d give someone you love. It’s about choosing your own peace instead of constantly abandoning yourself. Scrolling endlessly or waiting for time to magically fix everything won’t do the work for you. Healing takes patience and attention and self-love.

Rainy days are the ultimate cheat code for deep work. The weather is sitting at a cool 13 degrees with constant rain, making it the absolute perfect excuse to stay indoors. This thing is getting worse. Chatgpt said it's not a bacteria and it's just a lump that hapeens when oil gland in your eyelid. It recommended me to compress it woth a towel that socked into a warm water. I did this like 10x and nothing happened...any better solutions rather than surgery? I can't even code with this situation...it burns and gets watery and blurry all the time 😭

Here’s a little side project I haven’t told you about yet. I started it recently as a small experiment and ended up vibe coding the entire app from scratch. It’s now only a few days away from being ready for its first demo. The idea is simple. a mobile platform where developers can discover each other, share projects, connect, and collaborate. Instead of just following profiles, it focuses on real connections and actually building things together. One of the most interesting parts is a live map that lets you discover developers around you, see what they’re working on, and message them. If someone nearby is building something interesting, you could literally reach out and say, “want to grab a coffee and talk about it?” Still polishing a few things before the demo. I’ll share more very soon.
