- #CORTIS has been selected as one of Sisa Journal’s 2026 Next Generation Leaders in Culture & Arts of South Korea Rising to No. 15 on the main US Billboard album chart, the "Billboard 200," with their debut album COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES, CORTIS climbed all the way to No. 3 with their 2nd mini-album GREENGREEN released in May this year. They hold the record as the fastest K-pop group (excluding project acts) to reach the top 3 of the U.S. Billboard 200, achieving the milestone nine months after their debut with their mini-album Greengreen in May 2026. The selection process included a Gallup Korea survey of 1,000 respondents, comprising 500 members of the general public and 500 experts in the industry. The results served as a basis for Sisa Journal reporters to narrow down the candidates in consultation with experts in each field.
