" I view our nationalist struggle inherently linked with the greater cosmic struggle that started long ago in Genesis. I feel that we are on a divine mission from God, to free our people from the seed of satan. Our political movement is the physical force, and Christianity is the spiritual force. They are two essential pieces of our greater struggle." "If you are not prepared to die for your beliefs, then you do not truely believe in them. I urge you to think upon Ephesians 6:10-14: “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.” - Remember that you have nothing to fear and in the end, we will win. - Why? Because “Gott mit uns.”

"The result of this campaign to destroy Christian Americanism among the youth is that every periodical, 95 per cent of the books, and all the lecturers are Leftist. Leftist ideas are a part of the very atmosphere which American youth breathes. The young person whose reasoning powers have come to full development within the past seven years has never even come in contact with a conservative, Christian view of life. His professors are in the main Leftists, those who are not are afraid to speak out for fear of their jobs. Most of the parents do not realize the spiritual regimentation of their children because they themselves have been indoctrinated along with them. Those parents who do think otherwise are considered "old-fashioned," and proponents of the "horse-and-buggy days" by the preachers of Roosevelt Leftism." — Francis Parker Yockey 🇺🇸 “The Tragedy of Youth.” 1939 @ChristoFascism

"It seems unquestionable that Catholicism is the religion of the Spanish people and that they have no other. To attack it, its strict spiritual and religious significance, is tantamount to attacking one of the things the people possess, and such an outrage can never be defended by those who occupy the nationalist position. All this is perfectly clear and difficult to refute, even by those unfamiliar with any religious discipline and any special sympathy for the Church." — Ramiro Ledesma Ramos 🇪🇸 La Conquista del Estado (“The Conquest of the State”) @ChristoFascism

"In many of his speeches, the President has addressed the relationship between the state and the Church and has clearly articulated the national government’s views on the Church. Perhaps the most vivid description of the relationship between the state and the Church was given on May 29, 1938, at the solemn session marking the 550th anniversary of Christianity in Lithuania. Here is an excerpt from that speech: “The Church, having lost its political power, nevertheless remains a major force in the life of the nation. Together with the state, it participates in the education of the nation and thus continues to shape both its present and its future. From this relationship between the two forces arises a great task: to harmonize the work of the Church with that of the State, to maintain the necessary balance between them in every endeavor of the nation, and to recognize the boundary between what belongs to the Church and what belongs to the State. Harmony and concord, not opposition, must guide this task. Eternal life and the earth - sub specie aeternitatis and sub specie temporis - are different in scope but not contradictory. Let us believe, at this solemn hour, that this can be and will be so. This is our responsibility. “From the nation to eternal life, and the nation on earth.”" Church in the State | Vairas 1939-Nr.2 @NEWLTU

🇮🇹 The flyer above was printed in 1926, on the occasion of the relocation of the cross to the Colosseum, and shows Mussolini giving the crucifix a Roman salute. The text reads: THE CROSS that past governments banned from schools and hospitals, thus depriving our children of the cult of faith and the dying of final comfort, was, at the behest of the DUCE, relocated to classrooms and the painful wards and is today triumphantly returned to the Colosseum from where it had been removed fifty-four years ago. On Sunday, November 7, 1826, a devout multitude of people gathered in the ancient amphitheater to give thanks to the CROSS that a few days earlier had saved Italy's precious existence of the undefeated DUCE. A pious priest, after the solemn Te Deum, spoke with the most intense emotion of the people, noble, holy, and patriotic words, concluding thus: THE CROSS THAT OUR DUCE HONORS AND EXALTS IS THE ONE THAT PROTECTS HIM. @ChristoFascism

When it comes to the morality of young people, it seems that our clergy should be the most concerned, since the moral education of young people is their direct responsibility. By turning away from moral principles, a young person undoubtedly turns away from the Church as well. — Vytautas Alantas 🇱🇹 A Marching Nation @ChristoFascism | @NEWLTU

🇷🇴 St. Dumitru Stăniloae Romanian Orthodox Christian priest, theologian and professor. In January 1934, Stăniloae took over as editor in chief of the Transylvanian bi-weekly church newspaper Telegraful român (The Romanian Telegraph). Under Stăniloae, the editorial line became aggressively antisemitic, exposing jewish connections to bolshevism. It published eulogies of legionaries Ion Moța and Vasile Marin, A. C. Cuza, Ion Antonescu and even Adolf Hitler. As antisemitic legislation was adopted by the successive Romanian governments Telegraful supported the legislation. Deportations of Roma and Jews were also encouraged. Some editorials (including a 1942 article suggestively titled Au să dispară din Europa, i.e., They will disappear from Europe) support the expulsion of jews: "The newspaper Raza from Bessarabia prints the joyful news that the last Jewish convoy from Chișinău is heading towards the Russian steppe, and thus the city got rid of the Jewish cancer. According to the aforementioned newspaper, the departure of the Jews took place with the same swiftness in the other cities of Bessarabia. So it should be – in Bessarabia and all the other provinces of the country." 🇫🇷 In May 1942, the hierarchy of the Catholic Church in France released a leaflet, seeking to promote a religious duty on the french to bear allegiance only to Marshall Pétain. This directive applied to everyone including police, justice officials, civil servants and even anti-nazi partisans. French! YOUR BISHOPS SPEAK TO YOU Some believe that a Catholic has, in conscience, the free choice in his conduct towards the government of Marshal Pétain and that the religious authority has refused to take a position on this subject. Without wishing for the moment to recall the doctrine of the Catholic Church on obedience due to legitimate power, we have simply sought to unite the teachings given to their diocesans, clergy and lay people, by the Bishops of the occupied area. The texts cited were collected mainly in the Semaines Religieuses [weekly newsletter] of each diocese. We present them here as is, without comment, simply following the alphabetical list of dioceses, having only given first place to Our Lords Cardinals and Archbishops. "The nationalist youth did not forget religion, but they did not want to make it a tool for pursuing other goals. The nationalist youth declared that they would be guided by the principles of Christian morality, and those principles, of course, are based on the Christian religion. Since the majority of Lithuanians belong to the Christian group known as Catholics, it is clear that the Catholic religion is a matter close to the hearts of nationalist youth. <...> <...> Even the bishops bless the nationalist “Young Lithuania” organization. Here is what His Excellency, the Bishop of Vilkaviškis, writes to the Central Board of “J. L.”: “Delighted by the commitment to the Catholic Church expressed to me at the convention of ‘Young Lithuania’ representatives from the Vilkaviškis and Šakiai districts in Vilkaviškis, I wish God’s abundant graces upon the noble work of the organization.” Jaunoji karta. 1929, No. 6 @NEWLTU
