Repost from International Backgammon Federation
💵🏆 WHY IT IS ESPECIALLY BENEFICIAL TO PLAY AT THE ASIAN GRAND PRIX 2026 RIGHT NOW
The tournament features a guaranteed prize fund of $500,000. It consists of players’ entry fees plus a significant amount contributed by IBF from its own funds.
And right now, the situation is particularly attractive for players: there are fewer participants than at previous major IBF tournaments, while the guaranteed prize fund remains the same.
💡 What does this mean for players?
Less competition for the same guaranteed prize money, better chances of finishing in a prize-winning position, and a significantly more attractive ratio between players’ entry fees and the total amount of money to be awarded!
You simply won’t find other international backgammon tournaments with this level of added money in the prize fund. Hurry up and register for the Asian Grand Prix in Dushanbe 🎲
