| 6 |  +7A story about how to completely lose a client's trust.
A friend of mine commissioned an artist named Korka. The commission with Cock vore, same size, hyper cock, featured our two characters, and we provided detailed references and a clear description of what we wanted before the work even started.
The artist required 100% payment upfront, and we agreed.
When we received the first sketch, it was immediately obvious that it was far from what had been commissioned.
The problem wasn't the art style.
We had already seen the artist's portfolio and knew exactly what style to expect. The issue was that the characters simply did not match their reference sheets.
Some of the problems included:
• the two characters were completely different in size, even though they were supposed to be the same height;
• several anatomy issues;
• proportions that differed significantly from what had been discussed;
• most importantly, the predator's face and paws barely resembled the reference.
And I'm not talking about artistic stylization.
The reference is clearly an opossum.
The sketch looked much closer to a wolf.
The muzzle shape was completely different, and the paws were oversized and digitigrade despite the original character not having that anatomy.
We politely asked for a few corrections: make the face resemble the original character, adjust the paws to match the reference, fix the character sizes, improve the proportions, and make a few minor anatomy corrections.
To make things even easier, I made a quick paint-over showing exactly what we meant. It wasn't an attempt to change the artist's style—it was simply a visual explanation of our feedback.
Instead of making those changes, the artist refused, saying that it was their style and that they "don't draw realism."
But realism has nothing to do with this.
We weren't asking for a different style.
We were asking for the character to actually resemble the original design instead of looking like a completely different species.
The artist ultimately refused to change the face, the paws, or any of the major issues.
At that point, my friend suggested what we felt was a fair compromise: keep the payment for the completed sketch, but refund the portion of the commission that hadn't even been started.
The response was:
"I don't do refunds unless it's my mistake.
You saw my previous work.
Nothing was hidden from you.
You agreed to my style and chose to commission me."
The problem is that this is the artist's mistake.
When someone commissions artwork of their own character, they expect that character to remain recognizable. An artist's style is completely fine—but style shouldn't fundamentally change the character's species or ignore their defining features.
If an artist knows they can't or don't want to draw a particular type of character, the professional thing to do is simply decline the commission before taking payment.
Taking the money, ignoring the core design, refusing reasonable revisions, and then refusing any refund is, in my opinion, extremely unprofessional.
We genuinely tried to find a compromise.
Unfortunately, the artist wasn't willing to meet us halfway.
In the end, we received no refund.
Personally, I won't commission this artist again, and I can't recommend them to others. If responsiveness to client feedback and willingness to make reasonable revisions are important to you, I think this experience is worth keeping in mind. | 1 164 |

| 10 |  As many of you know, I'm a huge fan of Souls-like games. I've 100% completed quite a few of them, and a long time ago I played Mortal Shell. I absolutely loved it. Considering it was made by just three people, it was an incredibly cool and atmospheric game. I always hoped they'd make a sequel, even though a lot of people didn't really enjoy the first one.
And, by some miracle... they actually did it!
God, I can't wait to play Mortal Shell 2 and see what they've created. I really enjoyed the demo, and I'm hoping they've polished it further and fixed some of its issues.
I'M SO READY TO DIVE INTO IT!
...But I still have to wait one more day. 😔👨💻

| 20 | Dear friends,
Moving to Serbia turned out to be much more difficult and expensive than I expected. Right now, a lot of my time, energy, and money are going into paperwork, banks, and other bureaucratic things so I can officially settle and work here.
I hoped I would handle everything much faster, but the process ended up taking longer than expected, and I’m slowly running out of money, so I have to open a new commission batch.
Work is a bit slower than usual at the moment, but I’ll do my best to improve that soon. Once I finish dealing with the main issues, I should be able to quickly catch up and return to a normal workflow.
