قال الشيخ سليمان الرحيلي حفظه الله: Shaykh Sulayman Ar-Ruhayli, may Allah preserve him, said: للصائم دعوة لا تُرد، وفي يوم الجمعة ساعة لا يوافقها عبد مسلم قائم يصلي يسأل الله شيئًا إلا أعطاه إياه، ويجتمعان اليوم، فالله الله في الدعاء العام والخاص، ولا سيما ما بين العصر والمغرب. • The fasting person has a supplication that is not rejected, and on Friday, there is an hour in which no Muslim servant, standing in prayer, asks Allah for something except that He grants it to him. Both of these occur today, so pay great attention to making both general and specific supplications, especially between Asr and Maghrib. وبعض المسلمين زادهم الله سببًا ثالثًا، هو نزول المطر، وثنتان ما تُردان: الدعاء عند النداء وتحت المطر. • And for some Muslims, may Allah increase them in goodness, a third cause has been added—the descent of rain. قال الشيخ سليمان الرحيلي حفظه الله: Shaykh Sulayman Ar-Ruhayli, may Allah preserve him, said: شهر رمضان يعظم فيه شأن الذكر، وقد قرر العلماء أن أعظم الناس في الصوم فضلاً أكثرهم لله ذكراً. • In the month of Ramadan, the status of dhikr (remembrance of Allah) is magnified, and the scholars have established that the most virtuous among those who fast are the ones who engage in the most remembrance of Allah. وإني أوصي نفسي وإخواني بالأذكار التالية: • And I advise myself and my brothers with the following adhkar: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: “من قال في يوم مئتي مرة: لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، له الملك، وله الحمد، وهو على كل شيء قدير؛ لم يسبقه أحد كان قبله، ولم يدركه أحد كان بعده، إلا بأفضل من عمله.” • The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever says in a day two hundred times: La ilaha illa Allah, wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahu al-mulk, wa lahu al-hamd, wa huwa ‘ala kulli shay’in qadir (There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs the dominion and all praise, and He is over all things competent), no one before him will surpass him, and no one after him will reach him except one who has done more than him.” وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم: “من قال: لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، له الملك وله الحمد، وهو على كل شيء قدير، في يوم مائة مرة؛ كانت له عدل عشر رقاب، وكتبت له مائة حسنة، ومحيت عنه مائة سيئة، وكانت له حرزاً من الشيطان يومه ذلك حتى يمسي، ولم يأت أحد أفضل مما جاء به، إلا أحد عمل أكثر من ذلك، ومن قال: سبحان الله وبحمده، في يوم مائة مرة؛ حطت خطاياه ولو كانت مثل زبد البحر.” • And he ﷺ said: “Whoever says La ilaha illa Allah, wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahu al-mulk, wa lahu al-hamd, wa huwa ‘ala kulli shay’in qadir (There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs the dominion and all praise, and He is over all things competent) one hundred times in a day, it will be equivalent to freeing ten slaves, one hundred good deeds will be written for him, one hundred bad deeds will be erased from him, and it will be a protection for him from Satan on that day until the evening. And no one will bring anything better than what he has brought, except one who has done more than this. And whoever says Subhan Allah wa bihamdih (Glory be to Allah and all praise is due to Him) one hundred times in a day, his sins will be erased, even if they were like the foam of the sea.” https://t.me/PearlsofRuhayli

The month of Ramadan in it the importance of remembrance is magnified, and indeed, the scholars have established that the most virtuous people in fasting are those who engage in the most remembrance of Allah. And indeed, I advise myself and my brothers with the following remembrances: The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever says 200 times in a day: ‘There is no deity but Allah, He is Alone, without partner, to Him belongs the dominion, and to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over everything,’ no one will surpass him who was before and no one will reach who comes after him except one who does more than this.” The Prophet ﷺ also said: “Whoever says: ‘There is no deity but Allah, He is Alone, without partner, to Him belongs the dominion, and to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over everything,’ 100 times in a day, it will be as if he has freed ten slaves, and 100 good deeds will be recorded for him, 100 of his sins will be erased, and he will be protected from the devil for that day until the evening. No one will come with something better than what he has done, except someone who has done more of that.” The Prophet ﷺ also said: “Whoever says: ‘SubhanAllah wa bihamdihi’ (Glory is to Allah and praise is to Him) 100 times in a day, his sins will be erased, even if they were like the foam of the sea.”

قال الشيخ سليمان الرحيلي حفظه الله: Shaykh Sulayman Ar-Ruhayli, may Allah preserve him, said: في ظل فرحتنا بدخول شهر رمضان المبارك ينبغي ألا ننسى إخواننا الفلسطينيين الذين يؤلمنا أن يدخل شهر رمضان وهم يعانون من أبشع أنواع الظلم، وعلينا أن نكثر من الدعاء لهم فالدعاء سلاح الأقوياء، وشهرنا يعظم فيه رجاء إجابة الدعاء. • Amidst our joy at the arrival of the blessed month of Ramadan, we must not forget our Palestinian brothers, whose suffering from the most heinous forms of oppression pains us as Ramadan begins. We must increase in supplicating for them, for supplication is the weapon of the strong, and in our month, the hope for the acceptance of supplication is magnified. وينبغي أن نكثر من التبرع لإخواننا بالطرق النظامية فشهرنا شهر الجود والصدقات. • And we should increase in donating to our brothers through legitimate means, for our month is a month of generosity and charity. https://t.me/PearlsofRuhayli

قال الشيخ سليمان الرحيلي حفظه الله: Shaykh Sulayman ar-Ruhayli, may Allah preserve him, said: برنامج المرأة المسلمة هو برنامج الرجل. • The program of a Muslim woman is the same as that of a man. لكن المرأة المسلمة تزيد على الرجل بعبادة في رمضان. • However, the Muslim woman surpasses the man in an act of worship during Ramadan. وهي أن المرأة إذا اجتهدت في خدمة زوجها وأهل بيتها وأعدت لهم الطعام الذي يكفيهم فإنها في عبادة، وفيه تكثير لحسناتها - إذا احتسبت ذلك عند الله. • That is, when a woman strives in serving her husband and her household and prepares for them the food that suffices them, she is in a state of worship, and this increases her good deeds—if she seeks reward for it from Allah. وينبغي للمرأة المسلمة إذا كانت تعد الطعام أن تشغل لسانها بذكر الله، فتطبخ وهي تسبح وتهلل، ولها في ذلك أجر عظيم. • It is befitting for the Muslim woman, while preparing food, to engage her tongue in the remembrance of Allah—to cook while glorifying and declaring His oneness—for she will have a great reward in doing so. ولن يصرفها إعداد الطعام عن عبادة ربها سبحانه في نهار رمضان. • Preparing food will not distract her from worshipping her Lord, Exalted is He, during the daytime of Ramadan. محاضرة: بين يدي رمضان Lecture: Before Ramadan https://t.me/PearlsofRuhayli

قال الشيخ سليمان الرحيلي حفظه الله: Shaykh Sulayman Ar-Ruhayli, may Allah preserve him, said: أيها المسلم والمسلمة، وأنت تسارع في الخيرات في شهر الخيرات، وأنت تتقرب إلى الله بعبادة قلبية أو قولية أو عملية، تذكر قول ربك سبحانه وتعالى: • O Muslim man and woman, as you hasten toward good deeds in the month of goodness, and as you draw closer to Allah through acts of worship—whether of the heart, the tongue, or the limbs—remember the saying of your Lord, Exalted and Glorified: ﴿ وَمَا تُقَدِّمُواْ لِأَنفُسِكُم مِّنۡ خَيۡرٖ تَجِدُوهُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ بَصِيرٞ﴾ “And whatever good you send forth for yourselves, you will find it with Allah.
