The entire self-help industry in one sentence: Do what makes mornings exciting and nights peaceful.
Will this make me excited to wake up? Will this let me sleep in peace?
Everything that fails both tests is noise.

The line graph shows changes in the proportion of those going to cinema at least once a month between 1984 and 2003. Overall, cinemagoing became more popular among all four demographics, with the 15-24 age group seeing the most significant change and leading throughout.
The 15-24 age cohort stood out with higher figures over the period in questio . In 1984, around 16% of those in this age group visited the cinema once a month or more, a figure that rose gradually over the following 8 years, doubling to roughly 33% in 1992. From this point on, the figure experienced wild fluctuations, reaching a chart-high-of just under 60% in 2003 before dipping slightly at the end.
The 7-14 and 25-35 age categories, meanwhile, followed similar patterns of increases, with respective figures of 10% and 5% respectively, in 1984. The former saw a fluctuating rise to reach a peak of nearly 40% in early 2000s. This peak, however, was not maintained as the figure dropped to 30% by the final year. The latter age group almost exactly mirrored this trend, though at a lower level. The proportion of cinemagoers grew with fluctuations to reach 30% in 2003, closing the initial small gap with the youngest age group.
People aged 35 and over—the oldest age bracket studied—was somewhat of an outlier in that the trend was far more consistent in comparison. Despite rising in all years except 2000, when there was a slight dip, the percentage stayed the lowest over the entire period, going from a mere 2% to 15%.
