FINALLY!!! I feel free once more in years. One of the reasons I moved out was to setup a stable internet connection (fiber). I got that done this week and I'm feeling invincible. And since it's already laid out I can upgrade my subscription anytime I want. It's def gonna save me hours in a week. If you wanna get a similar service, check out WebSprix. I'd recommend getting the business internet services. 1. You have to call customer support and they'll ask you for: - Company Name - Website (optional) - Company Email - Company Phone Number - TIN Number - Geo Location - Contact Person Name - Contact Person Email - Contact Person Phone Number Building name and floor number and office number 2. After you register as a company, they'll send an engineer or someone to check if your site's arch is compatible with their servicing. Basically if you have cable runners, which floor your on, and make sure everything is buildable. 3. After you're approved, you'll get to pay for about 3 things: - Devices WS offers, those are typically a new router, an ER-X, and a GPON. I'd recommend just getting it even though you might have one, cause you'll be less likely to face issues when configuring it. - The line servicing fee - A subscription payment of about $6.9 per month for a Public IP. This helps identify your sole IP to your ISP, and you wouldn't be facing congestion when other people do, cause you're on your own IP. 4. Then the technicians will install everything for you. It might take a while depending on the loss of data through the wire and if the ISP is able to find your network, etc. It took them about 6 hours to finish. Note: It's on the expensive end so if you won't be using equal to or more than 100Mb/s, I wouldn't recommend getting it. Don't be fooled by the residential offers, I was talking to the technician and he told me one client got the 500Mb/s offer with residential area servicing, and he wasn't even able to be on meets lol. I've been using it for a day and it's been very consistent. Their customer support is nice, they respond quick, and I befriended the surveyor to get things done for me quickly. If you want to check out their service: WebSprix Internet Services Other than that I wasn't able to find the time to sit down and design or watch a film or read tbh, the only time I have in a day where I'm kinda to myself is when I'm done working around 7PM, then in an hour or so I have to go to bed and wake up and get things done once again.
