I’ve been learning Django for the past two days, and honestly, it’s amazing. I’ve worked with FastAPI before, and Django feels way easier. I know I’m new, but it’s nothing like FastAPI. Everything you need is already in Django, you just import it and customize it. Looking forward to dive in and see the magic ik it is just attracting me to something hard. I have been working on this API. This API provides Bible texts in Amharic, Afaan Oromo, and English. It is designed to help developers easily access Bible data and integrate it into apps, websites, or study tools. The API allows developers to retrieve books, chapters, and verses in a simple JSON format. It also includes interactive documentation so developers can test endpoints and understand how to use it. Currently, the Amharic dataset includes the New Testament, and more content will be added as the project grows. It’s been a while since I started working on this project. Every time I thought I was done, there was always something new to add or improve. I still think there’s a lot more I can build into it, but I finally feel like it’s ready to be deployed.
