So Macro 123 structure. Point 1 SEMA level 4 . Can use SEMA level 1,2,3 for point 2 and 3 . Lower Timeframe M5 and lower macro structure use sema level 2 and 3 for point 2 and 3.

please where did you get the bands, how is your own showing?

H4 high/low for reversal / breakout level . Use with SEMA level 4 H1 and M30 High/low for entry and exit . Use with SeMA level 3,2 and 1 HL and LH

add 100EMA or 200EMA and 800ema on your chart . any timeframe they cross on that timeframe cycle /trend shift. you then apply new swing bias .
