im outsourcing my desing engineering taste and patterns as skills file. it could also be for anyone who wants to build components as well. you can find more info on how to get started on README.md and yeah here you are - https://github.com/farming-labs/design-eng-skills website powered by this skills • better-auth.studiodocs.farming-labs.devorm.farming-labs.devgrag.farming-labs.devfarming-labs.devfarmjs.dev • and some other internal dashboards

I don't think we should be paying 9$/m for load testing using machines we own. so i built loadcell (FOSS), run http requests, save them as a load testing profile, draw ramp up curves and run them concurrently with go. https://x.com/Robimez/status/2061939732049801224?s=20 github.com/robimez/loadcell @rb_wk & @robi_makes_stuff

Today I was asking some creators here like how they ask for their work and charge their clients when they do outreach and I heard some unexpected answers. You can't imagine how much people charge for some landing page or branding work. I realized you can charge much higher than you think. The best thing you should do is prove yourself in what you say and the value you bring, enji mikefel moltual! So let us be wise. #thoughts @zaya_journal

Got to talk with some businessmen and one thing I learned is that when you've got money or some capital, multiplying it is very easy. @sifendev

A complete, hands-on path from beginner to advanced Linux server administration written for developers who want to understand servers instead of just renting them. link : vps.seefun.dev @sifendev

When I learn something new, I don't like learning just enough to get the job done. I always go deep and try to understand it in great detail. Recently, I wanted to learn about VPSs and understand how servers actually work. So I researched the topics I needed to learn, compiled everything together, and created this documentation site to help me learn it properly. I thought I'd share it with you guys in case anyone else wants to learn too. Check it out: VPS Guide: https://vps.seefun.dev/ GitHub: https://github.com/sifenfisaha/vps-mastery A star is much appreciated ⭐ @sifendev

I’ve been using Vim (LazyVim) for 5–6 months now. I don’t even use other code editors anymore. For anyone who wants to use Vim as their main editor, a small advice: First, it’s extremely hard to get used to at the beginning. But it pays off later. Second, learn touch typing before you start. You need it to use Vim properly. Third, you don’t really need it much in this AI era. I recommend learning it only after you already understand programming well and finished learning what matters. Learning Vim and learning coding at the same time will slow you down a lot. Focus on programming first, then pick it up when you’re already productive. @sifendev

Moving out is so expensive😭 @sifendev

Opened LinkedIn after a few months and found an important message that was sent yesterday. What are the odds? @sifendev

Networking will get you a job faster than your degree will.

Integrating Meta, Facebook and Instagram into your app is not a fun process. @sifendev

I'm designing the roadmap for Shiera’s mentorship, and honestly I wish I had something like this when I started out. My life would’ve been a million times easier. @sifendev
