【Flap Security Incident Announcement】 Update: Flap is back online. To further protect users, we’ve moved the platform to flap.cool. Anyone visiting Flap.sh will be automatically redirected to Flap.cool. Please access the platform through Flap.cool. Earlier this morning, the Flap.sh domain was maliciously hijacked, and the attacker copied and spoofed the official Flap homepage. We’d like to clarify the following for our community: 1. Limited scope; core platform functions remain unaffected The incident was limited to the official website’s homepage. Other Flap interfaces and functions, including token creation, Vaults, and token locking, continued to operate normally and were not affected. 2. User assets and on-chain funds remain secure Flap is a non-custodial platform and does not hold or custody users’ wallet assets. Assets locked through Flap and funds held in Vaults remain secure. The underlying smart contracts were not compromised. Assets in users’ personal wallets are not automatically affected by the domain hijacking itself. 3. Flap will fully compensate users for losses resulting from this incident If a user visited the compromised website during the incident and suffered financial losses after connecting a wallet and interacting with malicious transactions or approvals, Flap will fully compensate them for the resulting losses.
