What a fool I am, praying in a hurry. How could I forget who created time.
What a fool I am, praying in a hurry. How could I forget who created time.

We don't sing things over and over because we don't know what to do, though sometimes we do. We sing this over and over because you and I were meant for eternity. For all of time the angels and the elders have been singing "holy, holy," and Jesus never gets tired of the same song. We're the ones who get tired; we're the ones who move on more quickly than he's ready to. In these moments, sometimes we have to press past the temporary to press into the eternal mindset we were born for, so we sing it again and again to remind ourselves of the nature of Jesus. This is our God: the one who makes streams flow in the desert, who brings you shade in the sun, who covers you with his wings and lets you hide in his shadow, who lets you rest while he wars for you. This is who he is. Sometimes we sing because we're sure, and sometimes we sing until we know. But nonetheless we sing anyway, we sing of the nature of our God. It doesn't get old. Listen, I'll be honest with You There's so many things that You allow that I sometimes question How You feel about me, I know how I feel about You But the things that You allow It's very hard to trust Your heart when I can't see Your hand But as I dig deeper and remember that I was created to love You Even when I wanna run from You The love I have for You pulls me back Since I was a little boy, I've been chasing You as You've been chasing me And here I am now Even with my limp I'll run Even in my tears I'll run Because I'm running after You 'cause I'm so in love with You I mean, I'm desperately, crazy, fanatically in love with You Because I can think of how lost I was And how incredible You were To take me in and make me like You Man, I'm not there yet But I'm still running, Kirk Franklin

I thought I wanted it easy I thought I knew what to do But I'd rather be needy Always needing You

Today we celebrate #Churchሂዱ's 2nd year. 🎉🎉🎉 I am not very good at pointing people to Christ. I struggle at the talk. I don't even know how to properly preach. (I even hated being dragged to prayer as a teen. But thats a topic for another day.) I was in an all time low spiritually at that time: June 2024. Tho, by the grace of God, I looked for what can be done: ring a church bell. But, I was not expecting people randomly telling me that they went to church after a very long time, due a small thing this channel did. (Both Evan and EOTC btw) I was also not expecting multiple channels using this hashtag to invite even more people to church. I am grateful for every bit of tiny fruit this hashtag produced. All glory to God. @realtseg

Grown-ups like numbers. When you talk to them about a new friend, they never want to know about the important things. They never say: ‘What’s his voice like? What are his favourite games? Does he collect butterflies?’ They ask: ‘How old is he? How many brothers has he got? How much does he weigh? How much does his father earn?’ And they imagine this will help them to find out what he’s like! the little prince

Hope is what we have here. Fear is what makes us brave. Love is our engine. Every moment counts, and it is never too late.
