That places drug-enforcement activity directly in the same county as the current Richmond flooding. And just this month, June 2026, DOJ announced a Kentucky fentanyl/cocaine trafficking sentencing out of Bardstown / Nelson County. Court documents said Neal Stone transported cocaine and fentanyl from the southwest border / Mexico back to the Bardstown area for distribution; he was sentenced to a combined 31.5 years, and Keely Logsdon got 10 years.
