Lately, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about discounts again, so I decided it was time to improve the system.
Previously, you would receive a discount on future services after depositing a certain amount, but it wasn’t the most convenient system to calculate.
From now on, instead of discounts, you’ll receive bonus credit added directly to your deposit.
💰 Deposit Bonuses:
• Deposit $2,000 → Get 10% bonus
• Deposit $3,500 → Get 20% bonus
• Deposit $5,500 → Get 30% bonus
• Deposit $10,000 → Get 40% bonus
For example if you deposit 6000$ you will have 7800 on your balance.
If you manage a large fleet, this can save you a significant amount of money.
Credit balance no have expiration time.
Many customers service 20+ trucks every month but still pay one truck at a time, without realizing they could reduce their overall costs by using the deposit bonus system instead.

| 13 | After working remotely on trucks very actively for the last year, I came to the conclusion that the Nexiq USB-Link is a good adapter, but it has a couple of extremely annoying problems.
The first issue is not a huge one, but still inconvenient. To install the drivers, the adapter has to be disconnected from the laptop first. So when I connect remotely to a customer’s computer and they don’t have the drivers installed, I have to ask them to unplug the adapter, install the drivers, then plug it back in again before it finally works.
But the biggest and most frustrating problem is this:
After being connected for around 30–40 minutes, the adapter randomly stops working and loses communication with the truck. At least on Detroit, I see this constantly. Then I have to ask the customer to unplug it from the USB port and plug it back in so the connection gets detected again.
And this happens ALL THE TIME.
I deal with different customers every single day and constantly run into the exact same issue. Honestly, it’s incredibly annoying.
I have NEVER experienced this problem with the Noregon DLA. Not once.
But with the Nexiq USB-Link 3, I’m already at the point where I’m genuinely tired of it, which is why I decided to make this post.
So if possible, I would strongly recommend getting a Noregon DLA instead of a Nexiq. | 2 023 |
