Community Clarification Regarding AIDICA Launchpad Dear Community, We would like to make a final and clear clarification regarding AIDICA Launchpad. This will be the last official communication we make on this matter. 1. Scope of Engagement Our engagement with AIDICA was strictly for a private round only, not a public launchpad round. This distinction was clearly communicated from the beginning, and supporting evidence has been provided. 2. Lack of Launchpad Experience This engagement represented the first-ever launchpad service and fundraising activity conducted by AIDICA. It became evident during the process that they did not fully understand the fundamental differences between a private round and a public launchpad round, despite documentation and evidence provided. 3. Contractual Concerns AIDICA provided a contract document consisting of only two pages. We raised multiple concerns regarding unclear, hidden, and misleading terms within this document. Several explanations given to us were inconsistent and inaccurate, as evidenced in the attached records. 4. Investor Awareness We explicitly asked AIDICA to confirm whether their investors were aware that the raise was a private round, not a public launchpad sale. They confirmed that investors were informed. This question arose after we observed them attempting to follow public-round patterns, which contradicted prior agreements. Evidence of this communication has been attached. 5. Giveaway Misrepresentation AIDICA proposed a $1,000 USDT giveaway. We clearly instructed that any giveaway should be conducted using tokens instead. AIDICA stated they would use their own funds. However, it later emerged that the giveaway was conducted using $1,000 provided by SpurProtocol, contrary to their earlier claims. Supporting evidence has been attached. 6. Overflow Raise Claims The contract document provided by AIDICA did not include any clause or provision for an overflow raise system. Evidence of the contract has been attached for transparency. 7. Refund and On-Chain Discrepancies Based on a review of AIDICA’s publicly available source code, their Solana contract never received anywhere near the $400,000 displayed on their sales page. We therefore urge any community member who invested through AIDICA and has not received a full refund to immediately report this to the appropriate channels. We appreciate the community’s patience and understanding throughout this situation. Our priority remains transparency, accountability, and the protection of our community. — SpurProtocol Team
