Gold is currently trading around 4,613-4614 , retracing after a sharp bullish move originating from 4560-4570 . The move clearly swept sell side liquidity below previous lows and distributed to take out previous day and previous session highs at 4630-4645 where price swept liquidity and rejected . Current price shows a pull-back after the impulsive move rather than confirming full bearish shift for now .
The buy-side moved cleared liquidity resting at 4600 , 4620
Initially as well as targeting external liquidity at 4630-4640 ,Higher liquidity is still resting above the previous high at 4650-4660 , if price reclaims above 4615-4620 a continuation toward 4635 and previous highs is likely .
On the downside there is a clear imbalance at 4605-4598 if price accepts below 4610 , this is the first target of price opens bearish and the correction move continues . Further down at 4580-4590 is a stronger demand zone with resting liquidity .
Below that liquidity rests at 4570-4575 along with a major demand zone which we could see a stronger reaction from . If price breaks below this structure shifts to bearish and continuation move lower could happen .
Our overall bias remains bullish with price in a retracement phase
