Kathua Tightens Border Security: Night Curbs Enforced Along India–Pakistan IB In a proactive move to strengthen security, Kathua Deputy Commissioner Rajesh Sharma has imposed strict movement restrictions along the India–Pakistan International Border in the district. 🚧 Key Highlights: 5-km border belt placed under restriction to regulate civilian movement. Heavy vehicles barred on the old Samba–Kathua Road between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am. The order comes into force from February 14 and will remain effective for 60 days.
