| 2 | I feel suffocated. Stunted. Like no matter what I do, it's never enough. Every step forward feels like a million steps back. I'm running, but somehow, I'm never getting any closer to my destination.
It's not like I haven't achieved things I'm proud of. I have. But when I think about where I am versus where I thought I'd be by now, those achievements somehow get multiplied by zero. And I absolutely hate it.
Sometimes I wonder, is it because I live in a city with barely any tech opportunities? I'm sure it plays a part, but I don't think it explains everything.
Then I wonder, maybe I'm just not good enough. Maybe I don't know enough. Maybe if I learn more, build more ambitious things, and keep pushing my technical limits, I'll broaden my opportunities and finally get closer to where I want to be.
But that's not it either. Don't get me wrong, I've learned a lot from building things. But what's the point of learning so much if I can't turn it into something tangible? As they say, የጋን ውስጥ መብራት መሆን ነው።
Maybe I'm not selling myself well enough? But my online presence has been pretty good, not gonna lie. People have been supportive, and my work has gotten some attention. So I don't think that's the whole problem either.
And then, of course, there's the possibility that I'm just being lazy.
But how can I afford the luxury of being lazy when I feel like I have so much catching up to do?
So what exactly is holding me back? I genuinely don't know anymore.
I just know that being chained to a place I desperately want to grow beyond, despite everything I do to break free, is exhausting. And I'm tired of feeling like I'm running in circles. | 143 |

Mentos is built on these fundamentals
1. All users data is stored on their own device. Meaning the moment you disconnect from the network no traces of your data is found in the social media.
2. Connections must be peer to peer or relayed without any central server. When you text, call, exchange files and more you are directly streaming to other nodes and no central server to keep any of your data.
3. Control of your anonymity, data and network is guaranteed. You can visibly see how each and every message is stored, sent over the network, and routed through and you have full control of managing it.
On these three fundamentals we built a fully decentralized, encrypted and anonymous social media. Giving you all the basic social experiences and so many more feature.
