So after using this leaked official one UI 7, I've noticed that whenever you're outside and you have auto brightness on, your screen brightness will be at the lowest possible. try somehow to unlock the phone then open control center and then swipe on the brightness bar. one way to fix this problem is to deactivate auto brightness when you're outside
