Very big lesson in this, everyone can learn from this. Enjoy the long & detailed message. I want to share some progress from a coaching client of ours that I hope can inspire you. We started working with Ricardo & Antonio 2 months ago. They were struggling with Instagram bans and that destroyed a big part of their operation. They had only 1 model, and her revenue was dropping fast because of IG bans + she is often lazy and doesn't deliver on content. Here's what we were able to achieve in the last 60 days to transform their agency: — Fixed the main models traffic & revenue to a stable level — Signed a new model and scaled her FAST. She earned $18.5K in her first 28 days. She had no previous social media presence or accounts. It was all done from SCRATCH! — Now they signed new models, one of them had a previous high month $66K Their agency was unstable, unpredictable and had no long-term systems. They were betting all their revenue on 1 platform that kept banning them and they had no leverage. Now they are on their way to having a systemized, controllable and predictable agency. They are turning it into a real business. They are far from perfect and I'm not selling a dream, they still need a lot of work, systems and long-term building assets. You can't fast forward progress. But with the right guidance, you can start building a stable business instead of being unsure if you will make any money next month. There was no paid traffic included. Everything was organic from scratch. We did this for them in 2 months, we can do the same for you. The most important lesson: not knowing what you don't know could be costing you a lot. Way too many people gamble everything on 1 model, and when she leaves, you're agency is finished. You need leverage and control, way too many people just handle chatting and have no control over the traffic coming in and then they're surprised when their model leaves. You have to learn to control the traffic with stable systems, that's what we teach.
