AY24-25 S2 RECRUITMENT DRIVE APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
For AY2024-25 Semester 2, Thrive Social Consulting (Kent Ridge chapter) is recruiting for three positions:
- Associate Consultant: for candidates with little to no consulting experience, in Y1 and Y2 mostly;
- Senior Associate: for candidates with at least one strategy/consulting or related experience;
- Project Leader: candidates with demonstrated leadership or deputy leadership in at least one strategy/consulting or related experience.

1 - Associate Consultant
Recruitment is restricted to candidates currently accepted in the Thrive Trainee Programme. New applications are no longer accepted.
2 - Senior Associate
To apply, email our Talent Centre at 2420senior@nusthrive.odoo.com with:
(1) your one-page resume in PDF format along with a short cover statement;
(2) a 3-slide deck introducing an issue or opportunity within the non-profit, institutional or public sector you identified through a personal experience or research;
by 15 December 2024 at noon (SGT).
3 - Project Leader
To apply, email our Talent Centre at 2420leader@nusthrive.odoo.com with:
(1) your one-page resume in PDF format along with a short cover statement;
(2) a 3-slide project proposal, inclusive of a work plan, based on a project you previously worked on;
by 15 December 2024 at noon (SGT).
Please note: the talent centre email addresses are different for each position.
RECRUITMENT TIMELINE
- 7 and 8 Dec: bootcamp for Associate Consultant applicants;
- 15 Dec 2024 at noon SGT: applications close and are reviewed based on the assignment and the candidate’s resume;
- From 20 Dec to 4 Jan 2025: shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews with two rounds for project leaders; interviews will include a presentation of the candidate’s assignment and a ‘fit’ component;
- From 8 Jan 2025: offers are extended on a rolling basis; acceptance must be expressed within a 24-hour window;
- 12 Jan 2025: project teams are finalised;
- 13 Jan 2025: projects start.

a. short motivation statement (and Telegram handle) in the email body
b. latest resume attached in PDF format
2) Follow Thrive’s channel for updates (your Telegram handle will be retrieved from the channel)
