🚌 Long-awaited good news for our community members.
We are happy to announce that public city transportation is now available at Woods Center. 🌲
At the moment, the S1 electric bus has joined our route, connecting us with Kentron district and Garegin Nzhdeh square every 12–17 minutes.
This is an important step for our community, making visits to Woods Center more convenient, accessible, and flexible. 🤝
In addition, in the near future, two more bus routes are planned to be extended closer to our community. 🚏
We hope this change will help our community members plan their day more easily and reach Woods Center more comfortably. 💚 | 864 |

Յուրաքանչյուր աշխատարանի մակերեսը մոտ 15–60 քմ է և նախատեսված է այն մարդկանց համար, ովքեր ստեղծում են մշակութային, կրթական կամ պրոդուկտային արժեք` հատկապես այնտեղ, որտեղ հատվում են արվեստը, արհեստը, դիզայնը, տեխնոլոգիան և ձեռներեցությունը։ 🤝

We’re excited to announce that this year our 4th small building, Woods Lab, will finally begin operating. 🚀 It’s a new space for creative and advanced technology professionals, featuring only 7 studios for work, creation, and community engagement.
Each studio is approximately 15–60 sqm and is designed for people who create cultural, educational, or product value — especially where art, craft, design, technology, and entrepreneurship meet. 🤝
We want to define residents not only by discipline, but by the kind of value they bring to the community. A strong Woods Lab resident is someone who can do at least 2–3 of the following:
✨ make something
✨ show something
✨ teach something
✨ collaborate with someone
We welcome applicants from fields such as: 🎵 music, 🎨 art, 🤖 AI and machine learning, 🏺 ceramics, 🛠 industrial and product design, 🖨 non-traditional printing, 🎬 cinematography, other forward-thinking disciplines.
Studios are available for rent starting from AMD 150,000 per month, with access to the main Woods building and its community. 🌿 We will select the strongest applicants — those who can bring real value to the Woods ecosystem.

📣Ուրախ ենք հայտնել, որ coworking հարկում կատարել ենք մի շարք բարելավումներ՝
🆕Այսուհետ նախկին մութ հանգստի հատվածը վերածվել է մեծ հանդիպումների սենյակի։ Այն հնարավոր է ամրագրել ձեր Վուդս հաշվի միջոցով։ Ամրագրումների գրաֆիկը տեսանելի կլինի մուտքի մոտ տեղադրված էկրանի վրա։

📣We’re happy to announce several improvements on the coworking floor:
🆕The former dark lounge area has now been transformed into a large meeting room. It can be booked through your Woods account. The booking schedule will be visible on the display near the entrance.
🤫When the meeting room is not booked, it will remain open and accessible to everyone as a quiet work area. Feel free to use it whenever you need a calm and focused space to work.
⭐️We’d also like to note that the second small meeting room will soon have a glass door installed, along with a booking system. This will allow every coworking member to have up to 5 hours of booking time per month for calls and meetings.
👍We are doing our best to ensure the balanced and thoughtful development of the center.
