I gotta tell you, you will never feel ready. You just have to take the first step, and you’ll learn through the job. The “I’ll figure it out” mindset is really helpful coz you have to be brave enough to get into the room, and then you’ll figure it out ke Egziabher gar. My first job was at A2SV as a Head of Education Intern. I didn’t think I was good enough to teach, but I had to challenge myself. My first freelance job was because I really needed money at the time, so I was actively searching for a job, and a friend referred me to a job he was invited to apply
