Telecom services are basic necessities, not luxuries. Addis Ababa Science and Technology University (AASTU), which is a rapidly growing country and a major science and technology center of excellence, has many teaching, research, project, library activities, and digital libraries based on a fast and reliable network infrastructure. However, due to severe network outages in our campus for over a month: 👉🏽 We have reached a point where we are unable to make or receive phone calls at all. 👉🏽 Even if we buy internet packages, we are getting expired without using them. This has seriously affected the research and teaching process, sharing class information. concerning the Internet situation in the campus: IF WE DON'T BRING THIS TO THEIR ATTENTION, NO ONE WILL! Hi everyone, I am sure you are all aware of and heavily frustrated with the current mobile data situation. Some of us have tried to contact both Ethiotelecom and Safaricom on Linkedin and they don't seem to be aware of the issue. Even worse, Safaricom have called many us telling that the service has been fixed now when it obviously hasn't. Unless we somehow catch their attention and bring it to the issue, they are very unlikely to fix it. Meaning you will have no data for the entire semester, ATLEAST. so ምን እናድርግ?? 1. በመጀመሪያ እና በዋነኝነት ሊንክዲን ላይ በውስጥ መስመር (DM) ስለችግሩ መላክ ነው ምችሉ ደሞ ፕስት ማረግ ነው 2. ሌላኛው ደግሞ ሁለቱም tele እና safaricom በማህበራዊ ሚዲያዎቻቸው፣ በተለይም በቴሌግራም comment መስጫቸው ላይ በጣም active ናቸው። በቀጥታ በቻናሉ ኮመንቶች ውስጥ የደንበኞችን ቅሬታና ችግር ይመዘግባሉ፤ መፍትሔ ምናምን ይሰጣሉ። እኛ ማድረግ ያለብን የቻናሎቻቸውን comment መስጫ ውስጥ ችግሩን በሚጠቅሱ commentoch ማጨናነቅ (ማጥለቅለቅ) ነው:: Use #AASTU and #service_outage @ethio_telecom @Safaricom_Ethiopia_PLC
