Role Overview

* Maintain consistency in brand tone, timing, and platform standards.
2-Comment Replying & Moderation
* Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across social platforms.
* Reply to customer inquiries in a professional, clear, and timely manner.
* Moderate negative, spam, irrelevant, or inappropriate comments based on company guidelines.
* Escalate important inquiries, complaints, or sensitive comments to the concerned team.
* Track common customer questions and feedback to support marketing and sales decisions.
3-Conversational Marketing
* Manage customer conversations through live chat, inboxes, and digital communication channels.
* Nurture conversations to collect customer details, understand needs, and guide them toward the next step.
* Support lead qualification by identifying serious inquiries and forwarding them to the sales team.
* Take over live chat conversations when automated replies are not enough.
* Audit automated message flows and recommend improvements to increase engagement and lead quality.
* Follow up with interested customers when needed to keep the conversation active.
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
* Good understanding of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
* Fast typing and strong attention to detail.
* Ability to handle customers professionally, especially in public comments.
* Basic understanding of lead generation and customer nurturing.
* Organized and able to follow response guidelines and escalation processes.

Strong communication, numeracy, and organizational skills.
Fluency in Kurdish and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

II. Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
III. Experience Requirements
•2- 4 years of experience in credit, banking finance, or Islamic banking financing, or a related field.
IIII. Required Knowledge
•Strong knowledge of Islamic banking products and financing structures.
•Understanding of AAOIFI Sharia Standards and accounting standards applicable to Islamic financial institutions.
