Hello po. I hope everyone can understand my side regarding this matter. Sana po ay huwag nang sumabay sa current issue ang concerns from people who have already received their payouts from their respective paluwagan batches. To clarify, some of you have already received partial payouts, while others have already received their full payouts. The money that was contributed by the members in your batch was already released and given to you as your sahod. Because of that, I honestly don't understand why I am still being asked to refund people for your slots that have already been paid out. Right now, I am already doing my best to settle refunds for other affected batches and investors. It is very difficult for me to handle those responsibilities and at the same time be asked to refund money that has already been released to payout recipients. The funds are no longer with me because they were already given to you as your payout. If there are members in your batch who are requesting refunds, please understand that the money they contributed was already included in the payout that you received. Since the funds have already been disbursed, it would only be fair for the payout recipients to coordinate with those members regarding their refund requests. I understand that it may be inconvenient and difficult to return money that has already been received and possibly spent. However, I am sincerely asking for your cooperation and understanding. Maayos naman po kayong napasahod, whether partial or complete, and the funds from that batch were already released accordingly. I am not refusing to resolve concerns, but I hope we can be fair about where the responsibility should fall. The money being requested as a refund has already been paid out, and that is why I am asking for your cooperation in addressing this matter properly. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi everyone, gusto ko lang po magbigay ng maayos na update regarding sa refunds kasi alam kong marami na ang naghihintay at May 10 na ngayon. Naiintindihan ko lahat ng galit, inis, at disappointment n’yo, at hindi ko kayo masisisi kung bakit frustrated na kayo sa situation. As of now, wala pa ring nais-send sa’kin na pera at phone ang ex ko na siya mismo ang kumuha. Kasama doon ang 5k at phone na dapat sana ay maibabalik o maidadagdag ko para makapag-continue ako sa pagrerefund. Siya mismo ang nangako sa’kin ng date na May 9, kaya sinabi ko rin sa iba na possible akong makapagpatuloy ng refunds by May 9 or May 10 dahil naniwala at umasa rin ako sa sinabi niya. Pero hanggang ngayon, wala pa rin akong natatanggap, blocked na rin ako sa lahat ng socials niya kaya wala na rin akong direct communication sa kanya. Paulit-ulit akong nag-message at nag-follow up para maayos agad ito, pero nauwi lang sa puro dahilan at pangako hanggang sa tuluyan na akong i-block. Hindi ko rin ginusto na umabot sa ganitong situation, at mas lalo akong nahihirapan dahil ako rin ang sumasalo ng pressure at reklamo kahit naghahanap naman ako ng paraan para mabayaran kayo isa-isa. Sa ngayon, isa pa sa inaasahan kong source ng pang-refund is galing sa ibang pals na sinalihan ko, pero until now wala pa rin naibibigay doon. Nag-apply na rin ako ng work para magkaroon ako ng stable na source pang-refund, pero next week pa raw possible na makapasok ako kaya wala pa rin talaga akong sahod as of now. Hindi ako nawawala at hindi ko tinatakbuhan ang responsibilities ko. Humihingi lang talaga ako ng kaunti pang understanding at pasensya habang inaayos ko pa po lahat kahit sobrang hirap na rin nito sa side ko. Ako rin mismo ang nai-stress at nahihirapan araw-araw kakaisip kung paano ko maaayos at mababayaran lahat agad. Magbibigay pa rin po ako ng updates kapag may dumating nang pera or may progress na sa side ko. Thank you po sa mga naghihintay pa rin nang maayos at sa mga nakakaintindi ng current situation ko.

Hello po, this is Myxi. Update lang po regarding sa refund: medyo matatagalan po ang next na continuation ng pag-refund. Yung funds po kasi na gagamitin ko for refund ay manggagaling pa sa mga sahod ko from previous pals na sinalihan ko. Actually, dapat po nakasahod na ako, however may ilang members pa po na hindi fully settled kaya hindi pa po nare-release ang sahod ko. Nakausap ko na rin po ang handler ko regarding dito, and currently inaantay ko na lang po maayos at ma-release yung sahod ko. As of now, naghihintay din po ako ng updates/tawag mula sa mga pinasahan ko ng resume para may additional source po ako for refund. Kaunti na lang naman na po ang remaining, kaya ginagawa ko po talaga ang best ko para matapos na ito as soon as possible. Pasensya na po ulit sa lahat ng na-hassle.
