First 11.8.2 test build, still Google-free (and hopefully we can keep it this way) For some context, Telegram decided to go the evil way, which just like the SafetyNet bullshit from months(?) ago, they may request the client to pass captcha for certain APIs, this build ignores the request. Known issue: forwarding is broken if comment is empty
