A basic level 1 step would be (for example) to cut out all wheat.
This would probably reduce fix the problem in half of the population.
A level 2 might be cutting out the rest of the hyper-processed, gut-bacteria-killing grains, corn and packaged food.

Requirements: Extreme or Moderate?
When it comes to preventative measures, there are so many things you can do.
On a range of easy quick-fixes like distilling your water to literally avoiding walking on main roads and holding your breath when a car passes.
Some people just 'try to eat mostly organic', and some people go to the woods, eat food from their soil and drink from a spring.
On the topic of micro/nanoplastic exposure reduction: a moderate action would be to stop using plastic bottles and containers, an extreme action would be practically avoiding all skin contact with plastics (and there are some people that really do this).
What you 'should' be doing is based on your own situation.
⬇️ Generally within alternative therapies we can class approaches into two main buckets:
1️⃣ Therapeutic: much more serious and focussed, often used for shorter periods of time until the problem is dealt with
2️⃣ Maintenance: working within the body's abilities to cope while also being more convenient and sustainable for you
Some people are forced to be extreme just to survive another day... but for most people it's more complicated.
If you're autistic, being extreme in your approach makes a lot more sense because it's probably fully worth it.
If you're preparing to conceive a child and you care about their health (which also equals your piece-of-mind throughout their entire childhood), being extreme is a simple price to pay. However if you're not aware of the rewards you will eventually reap, you probably wouldn't really be incentivised to leave your favourite i-know-it's-kinda-bad-for-me food, sleep an extra 3 hours daily and sweat more.
If you really care about subjectively increasing your lifespan by a few years, it might be worth it to you to sacrifice conveniences or do random weird things to make things easier for your system.
Or maybe it isn't worth it for you.
It doesn't really matter what you do, as long as you know the price you're paying and are happy to pay it.
➡️ The reason understanding the 'doom and gloom' of toxicity is so important is so you can understand the price you're paying so YOU can make informed decisions.

ChatGPT
I see a lot of talk about AI. All the time.
AI is not an entity. It's not a living being. It's not a deity.
It's a series of technologies that computer programs can utilise.
Now regarding ChatGPT, some people think it:
🧠 is a magical 'know-all' super-being, you ask it serious questions expecting serious answers
👺 is some kind of deity or devil (it's neither but perhaps look to who owns and funds it)
🕵️ can 'expose' the internal evil agendas of the enemies or expose the truth about AI taking over the world
Respectfully, this all operates under fundamental ignorance of what ChatGPT is.
It's a language model. The quick rundown is -
They basically took trillions of written text, articles, blogs, fanfictions, books, PDFs, research papers and put it into a database and ran an algorithm on it. This algorithm finds connections between the words strung together and uses associations to learn how to put sentences together and how to respond to text in a coherent manner.
It also incorporates the text interactions from it's users and from your own chats with it into it's database of 'associations'.
This means that everything ChatGPT has ever written is the blended-soup writings of millions of PEOPLE.
Not robots. Not deities. Not super-smart-esoterically-sophisticated computers.
It also means every time you ask ChatGPT about 'AI taking over the world', 'is God real', 'the deep state', it's only going to answer you based on what people have written in the past. That includes the good old fact-check articles, dystopian AI fantasy fiction books, atheist blogs, Mormon blogs, Sikh books and probably transcripts of Alex Jones screaming about gay frogs.
Now granted, a lot of this is 'refined' and curated by your favourite tech billionaire and his team to ensure ChatGPT doesn't deviate too far from the line. But the fact remains, ChatGPT is a result of the writings of people, all mushed together.
Within a chat, you can also start focussing it. Because it has such a diverse range of sources, it is susceptible to suggestion. This is why when you add more context and key-words into the chat, you can easily change it's mysterious-and-esoteric 'opinions'.
A lot of you ask ChatGPT questions about nanotech and extract scientific references from it... then get shocked when I tell you to look up those references and you find they don't exist because it made them up 😭
How did it make such convincing names? Because it literally has a database of thousands of real research titles that get mushed together and random combinations and titles are spat out.

One Toxin Many Problems
The toxin itself is not usually the final issue. The toxins cause a long chain of metabolic reactions, depending on many different parameters and scenarios. - @DrRobertSniadachThis concept and the mechanisms around it are particularly amplified in nano-toxicology. For example you could have a nanoparticle that physically damages some cellular machinery, then blocks an ion channel all while releasing toxic components and causing the formation of free radicals... which destabilises the cell. The last point alone has plenty of downstream effects like disrupting cellular energy, interrupting proper DNA repair resulting in mutations, causing inflammation in response to the damage, cell death if repair isn't possible and even cancer if things go really badly. (for those that don't believe DNA exists, the equivalent would be simply disrupting natural cellular communication signals) If you're interested I can talk more about this in tomorrow's post. Learn more: @powerofthepulse
You have to look more closely at what the various toxic pollutants actual do in the body. The toxin itself is not usually the final issue. The toxins cause a long chain of metabolic reactions, depending on many different parameters and scenarios. The damage they do directly (the poisonous factor), plus the damage from intermediate internal metabolites, plus the challenges and potential damage of final detoxification and elimination (liver, lungs, kidneys, etc).
Very complex.

💀 is an emoji the internet generations use instead of a laughing face. It basically says 'I died laughing'.
It's also frequently used in the context of dark humour and very unfunny situations.
This book was literally promoting carbon nanotubes in the brain to reconstruct brain structures 💀
+ the usual implanted biosensors and antennas in the body 💀
What's particularly funny is that one of the authors references one of his own experiments...
In this experiment, he was showing how carbon nanotubes interact with certain cells extracted from connective tissue.
The experiment concludes 'no significant toxic effects'.
And yet if you read the actual results, the CNTs caused a 20% decrease in cell growth. Any material that causes a decrease more than 15% percent should be considered toxic. 💀
The experiment also shows that cells attach to and grow on the CNTs. By altering the properties of the CNTs, they can control how strongly the cells attach to the CNTs. 💀

Denying Death (toxicity) 💀
The above image is a picture from a book published in 2009 called Nanomedicine Design.
⬇️
This book clearly states that CNTs (carbon nanotubes) are harmless, inert and cause no long-term effects.
This is fine until you learn that in the late 2000s scientists discovered that carbon nanotubes are very similar to another material.
A material called asbestos.
💀💀💀
The following screenshots show that when this book was published, the scientific community was well-aware that CNTs and asbestos share very similar toxicity.
The book explicitly says "there's no evidence CNTs are toxic".
➡️ If you didn't do your own research, you would have no reason to believe otherwise.
The point is to show how easy it is to hide toxicity.
So the next time someone tells you that a wonderful supplement is toxic. Pause for a second.
They might be wrong, they might be right.
But either way, are you sure you want to risk taking a poison like asbestos?

Oh and how could I forget the joys of cigarettes with cadmium and nanocarbons & nano manganese.
(Not referring to smoking pure tobacco)
Also two honourable mentions:
1️⃣ The changes in agriculture in that time period. From the destruction of nutritional value, to the toxins that were put in place of vital nutrients.
2️⃣ The hormonal breakdown of the parents of previous generations that passed damage greater than the sum of it's parts onto offspring.

Sexual Maturation | Mental Maturation ~ Comments
(watch the video first)
While there are other factors to this... I can easily prove that these changes between 1860 and 1970 are heavily due to environmental factors.
I myself had a 'late' puberty.
I had no mental issues. No 'uncomfortable' experiences. No existential crises.
➡️ The American culture around the puberty experience is an attempt at normalising the effects of hormonal and mental assaults on young people.
Particularly in girls, early puberty is proven to be caused by excessive estrogen -> xeno estrogens... and also increases obesity and breast cancer risks + other related problems.
Not to mention the obvious problems that occur when a child physically becomes an adult, but is not mentally there yet.
We talk about modern day hormonal disruption, but it's also interesting to study the transformation in the early 1900s.
❗️Soy ~ the number 1 healthfood 😂
❗️Tap water: birth control hormones (also estrogens used in hormone-fed animals)
❗️Swapping animal fats for vegetable oils
❗️Tap water: metallo-estrogens, plastics, fluoride
❗️ eGgS aRe dAnGeRoUs (1970s cholesterol craze)
❗️ General globalisation, big-city pollution, sedentary lifestyles, less sweating
❗️ BPA was introduced into cans in the 40's
❗️ And later after WW2: plastics, phthalates, polystyrene etc

Oh and yes... nano hydroxyapatite does cross the blood brain barrier
It's even worse for people with dental issues like bleeding gums... that's just another open gate calling the nanotech in.
Learn more: @powerofthepulse
Some of the above particles include nano-hydroxyapatite... That's a very visual reason NOT to touch the nano versions of it.
I remember a year ago when I was researching edged and needle-like nanoparticles I looked into to the science of sharpness
It's basically
force * an angle.
That's why there are literal atomic nano-sized knives that are used in certain medical scenarios.
(Refer to nanoknife)
Basically these nanoparticles are atomic razor blades.
Any movement that causes these particles to move in the body (hint: EMFs and other frequencies) ends up puncturing and ripping anything they come into contact with.
This is a recognised way nanotech damages living things.
This is also a topic the late scientist Andreas Noack talked about before he mysteriously committed suicide.
A simpler example would be that rubbing diatomaceous earth on your skin can cause wounds or skin loss (due to it's nanoscale protrusions).
On a MUCH bigger scale, rubbing sand vigorously into your skin.

Nanotech found in baby formula
Four different brands of them.
These kinds of nanostructures are highly concerning. The more sharp, or edgy the nanomaterial is, the more toxic it becomes. In this case a very spikey needle-like particle can wreak havoc on any biology it comes in contact with DIRECTLY, through physically puncturing, ripping and cutting.
You can think of it like a nanoscale sword.
Beware, everything has been infected

The Nano Cycle
You've heard before about antibiotics and birth control hormones in peoples urine going back into your drinking water.
It's exactly the same with nanotech, but on steroids.
Globally, roughly 15 tons Silicon Dioxide Nanoparticles are created... DAILY.
That's just one type of nanoparticle.
People don't realise how just easily it spreads into the air, food and water.
Then into your body. The small amounts that your body does detox, goes back into the your drinking water ♻️
Soil, plants, food.
Rain, rivers, oceans.
Bacteria, bugs, animals.

Avoid: Multivitamins & Supplement Mixes
Often the most dangerous supplement psyops are 'combined supplements'.
⬇️ Why?
❗️They have more preservatives
❗️More fillers.
❗️More binders.
❗️Companies sometimes combine materials with conflicting actions (example, energy-producing vit B with melatonin for sleep 😅)
It's also much easier for ingredients to slip past your radar without you noticing.
This happened to me once. I missed the bottom ingredient on the active-ingredients list...
Turns out that this one ingredient should only be taken at midday and can artificially alter sleep patterns.
➡️ The supplement bottle certainly isn't going to tell you that on the label.
Just avoid the combos, and get each capsule/powder individually. This also allows you to control the dosage that works best for you for each supplement individually.

When they tell you these are 'alien graphene IoB nanotech biosensor self-assembling vampiric superstructures'...
But you know some basic chemistry and can make these structures in 10 minutes with a bit of salt and water.
(and display them at the same scale on your home microscope)
😂😂😂
This is what happens when goofy gurus, even full blown medical-field PHDs have no nanoscience-specific expertise.
This is not to deny or negate nanotechnology and the advanced tech in the injectables.
ON THE CONTRARY. Ridiculous pseudo-science only ends up making the real truth of the nano assault more deniable because of all the confusion and blatantly false info.
And of course it's going to dissolve when you throw anything at it... it's not a nanostructure, and it's certainly not the tech that's causing people to emit Bluetooth.
Can certain crystals be weaponised? Absolutely.
Is any & every crystal you see a nanotech alien beast-system carbon-nanotube 6G terahertz nano-node?
Nope.

🧀 ⚠️ Dairy, Bread and Aluminum
In 2009, average daily intake of Aluminum was 4000 to 9,000 micrograms per day
Now it's 3-10 milligrams (https://www.hydro.com/en/aluminium/about-aluminium/aluminium-and-health/)
It only takes 12 micrograms of Aluminum in the brain tissue to make you autistic

Why would nanoparticles be used in these foods?
Nano titanium dioxide is used in:
- Milk
- Mints
- Confectionary including:
- Candy
- Chocolate
- Coffee Creamer
- Cookies
- Cream Cheese
- Doughnuts
- Gum
- Mashed Potatoes
- Mayonnaise
- Rice beverages
- Yoghurt and dairy products
Why? It's a high-quality, cheap white coloring agent.
Not only is nano titanium dioxide CHEAPER
It's also so toxic, it has anti-bacterial properties
Meaning these dead food products have a longer shelf-life
Just ignore the fact that nano titanium dioxide causes:
- infertility
- brain damage
- cancer
- auto-immune diseases
- most commonly: stomach issues
