Jesus Christ is risen today. Jesus Christ is King of all the universe- of all nations throughout all of history, every knee shall bow before him, and we look forward to the day when he will return and all the dead will rise up from their graves. On that day, all the Nations, with all their kings, all their peoples, and all their heroes will present themselves before the throne of the Almighty Judge of History. That is the moment that we are living for, and why we must strive to preserve and restore our Nation to fulfill its God-given destiny and purpose. We pray for our Nation and our People that we may not be ashamed on that day.

Today we commemorate the sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ for our sins on the cross at the hands of odious men who serve Satan to this day. He was perfectly innocent, yet he bore the weight of all of our transgressions and bought our salvation with his suffering. In honor of his example, when faced with the challenges and the suffering of our nation, we ask “not for lighter burdens, but broader shoulders.” Our people are in an unprecedented time of struggle while we are being systematically replaced with foreign invaders who defile our people and our lands which our forefathers had worked to ensure the prosperity of our nation are being taken from us. In this time of struggle let us not wallow in pity and despair but instead show that as an egg which is weak and easy to destroy once put into flaming waters is hardened and becomes more resilient let us as well strengthen our resolve and react by inflicting a positive change in ourself and our nation by working towards its success. Act for our future.

I don’t have 50 lb dumbbells so I had to upscale CrossFit Open Workout 24.1 to 70 pounds. Got it in 17:10, so a little more than two minutes over the time cap. Fun little challenge though if you want to get a quick full body workout in on a Saturday morning.
