Six Secret Service staff have been suspended over last year’s attempted assassination of Donald Trump at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Deputy Director Matt Quinn called the event an "operational failure".
The gunman, Matthew Crooks, grazed Trump's ear with a bullet and killed one attendee before being shot dead.
Suspensions range from 10 to 42 days.
A Senate report previously blamed poor communication and failure to secure the rooftop where Crooks fired from.

The Acropolis in Athens will shut between 13:00–17:00 local time on Tuesday as a brutal heatwave hits Greece.
